Love the videos so much, thank u for your service. I hope to be a Navy SEAL one day
i agree
This guy is the best teacher ever, I have watched other long videos on running and breathing and they all had the same message, Stew is able to put it all in one 4 minute video
Former Marine, collegiate wrestler, and tri athlete here...I used to get the calf cramps after every 2 mile mark...I agree with all Stew said...with one addition...a shot of Hot Shot! For some reason...the stuff is magic!
Yes that is good stuff! So is Liquid IV or Drip Drop for some added electrolytes when needed.
@@StewSmith182 Good info...thanks Stew...will give a try for next event...hope you are well...be safe!
Not sure if you still comment on this video, but how does bud/s work when it comes to eating and working out? Do the instructors give you time after eating to digest, or is the workout a little bit lighter?
Hey man I’m no SEAL but I am planning to soon and have done some extensive research. I would say that there is most likely no taking it easy after eating. You run to and from the chow hall which is I think somewhere between 2-4 miles. Eat as much as you can and suffer through the stomach hurting because you’ll need the energy from the food to get to the next meal. Hope this helps
Zack Berberat wow I never realized the chow hall was so far way
Stew, just to let you know man, but the volume's a little low. I have to crank up the speakers all the way. Anyways good stuff, I've been following your stuff for the past five years, and now I finally have the guts to enlist in the Army as a hopeful Ranger. Thanks.
coldcat870 5 fucking years? Did you make it?
Lil Nap - almost five years later, I hope he makes it 😅😅
@@frostbitepokin9520 2 years later, hope y’all made it
9 years how’s it going?
