My pst is good except for my run which was stuck at like 11:15 and I was running 4 miles about 5 times a week but I realized I was going at a super low pace and what not so I started over doing 2 miles a day but using a treadmill setting a higher pace each day by a decimal or 2 and in 1.5weeks of that I dropped my run to a 10:47. Hopefully next week I can get a 10:30 or under for my pst.
Good video and seems we have the same idea on cutting mileage to improve speed, cheers!

I had to watch this three times and take notes for it to make more and more sense. I have a feeling that I will watch this again, golden information here guys. Thanks, Stew!

Stew Smith, do you have any advice for a 12 year old who wants to be a Green Beret when he grows up? If so what would you recommend me do?
Please and thank you, a aspiring Green Beret

Be a kid and grow up. All that comes later but right now just enjoy being a kid

A fine Murican I think that is a great beginner plan. And has that mile run gets easy you can start increasing it to a mile and a half. Maybe jog coming back. But everything should be progressive increases.

For rest between reps are you 1:1 ratio work to rest? Or do you have a set rest time or is it feel/recovered?

That is typically how we do it. However if you are a beginner you may need twice as much rest.
