I'm trying to find how to get to the keyboard. I spilled some coffee on it and now some of the keys are sticky. Need to get in there with some alcohol to clean up, but haven't found anything that shows how to get to it.
if the model you have come with an nvme drive you won't have the 2,5 backet to fit a 2.5 in ssd/hdd but you'll have the sata cable inside. Use proper tools like in the video to make sure you open it properly without damaging the frame.
Humanity is getting more stupid over time. The previous generations of this laptop could be opened using 2 sliding buttons / 0 tools. Now, with this model.. if you are not carefeul enough you should destroy the clips and you "may" lose your warranty out of it.. Stupid HP.. for real!

Hello! Our model came with it preinstallde, but you still need to buy the bracket to fit the 2,5'' SSD/HDD

Hello! The keyboard is melted in place in the top cover, so you have to replace the top case cover.
