I can see this model is offered with a 1000 nits display panel option and 2GB discrete graphics making it close to an XPS 15 on paper... not even the XPS has that amount of nits, can it be true?

Hey.. i am soon going to buy a laptop for office usage. My final confusion is between hp probook 450 G7(512gb ssd) & Dell latitude 3410 i5(1024gb SATA+ 256gb SSD). Can you give me some good suggestion? Look is one of my priority so slightly inclined towards hp. 😉
How to open the keyboard lights?
does your laptop has backlit function? first you need to check that. cause some variants may or may not come with backlit. its shown as a torch on one of the function keys and can be turned on and off using Fn key plus Function key, in some cases Fn+spacebar

I don't think exchange is possible. This is something we have to inquire before placing orders.

I need a laptop that’s good for business use. I need to be able to use all Microsoft office and Adobe Suite apps smoothly. Very light photoshop and indesign but still need to be able to use them. Will this work well for everyday use?
I have covered essential facts about the laptop in review hopefully in detail ☺ however yes Probook are made to take your daily work like MS office and Adobe suite easily. But for that atleast 8gb ram is a must these days. Also highly recommend SSD2 instead of HD

Happens with most laptops but this one didn't had any major issues

No we can't add these later.

Yes to my knowledge it does. I'm no producer for the most part using it on flstudio and audition premier. Had no issues. Make sure you have the ssd version and atleast 8gb ram tho

Congrats but sad to hear no backlit. That's why I always advice to contact the sellers before placing orders and confirm the laptops specs as it varies in regions.
Chose notebook from HP careful - go to partsurfer.hp.com - then enter part/product/serial number of notebook from store you want to buy - and search parts like IR camera or backlit light. If there’s no this parts - the notebook hasn’t IR camera or backlit light.

Both are good in their own ways. Just make sure to opt for a variant that has SSD. Conventional HD does slow the laptop down a lot

You are welcome. This is not a touch screen model. However different variants in different regions may have touch screen. Where are you from? have you checked your countries online retailers?

HOW ABOUT KEYBOARD BACKLIGHT HOW DO YOU TURN IT ON
its on one of the top FN keys, however you have to first make sure you have backlit in your variant. because some variants dont come with Backlit, different regions have different versions of the same model of laptop.

Btw, i hv updated all the drivers but coulnt get 8 bit display!!!
One last thing, when i uninstall and delete its intel's UHD display driver, windows switch it to 8 bit display...

Both are good enough for design. Not the most color accurate screens but good enough.

Laptops usually have 2 to 5 megapixel cameras with HD resolution. This one is no different, average but will suffice for video calls.

I suppose you are getting the inspiring 5000 cheaper than the Probook or is price not an issue?
