Yo yo people! Chapters/time stamps are across the bottom if you wanna scrub around (or just skip my intro - no hard feelings... actually some hard feelings but not many). Enjoy the video, and shout out to everyone else who thinks running is quite shit xx
I see his older videos and I'm like... Wait, he was how old? I was literally eating Doritos, drinking MTN Dew and and playing WoW all day. Meanwhile he was ripped, going on trips and just generally having the time of his life. No regrets though, I enjoyed indulging.
that is life! and life = suffering.. the cool thing about that is you get to choose your suffering, in the form of either sacrifice or regret. I hope you are choosing sacrifice because then your goals are attached.
I'm 56, I've been following you for a while. Your videos are clearly explained, fun and easy to relate to, thanks for that, brother. Looking forward to the Android version of your App.
I’ve dropped 35 Lbs following your routines, dieting advice, and lifestyle changes. Been waiting for a grip since I first prevented you Wetter coming out with an app. Stoked mate!
The struggle is real, trying to get better at lifting, cardio, work, learn something new, chill with your pals and still find time to relax doing something you enjoy. Not easy for the 40 hour week workers. Nice to see someone be honest and say how none of its easy, big respect 🙏
Love how informative the breakdown of what you do is. I've started Lifting 4x, Running 3x and Football 2x a week and found it to be a great balance that doesn't get boring
I love the honesty about taking breaks with the stretching etc. Really puts you on a different level to all these other influencers telling people they need to train day in day out and follow an overall unhealthy lifestyle that cannot be sustained over a long term
I’ve been training full body for a while now and it feels so much better for me because my body feels more functional. Thank you for making an app which actually helps tracking workouts!
Easily the most down-to-earth and relatable part of fitness RUclips. Don't need the subscription, hope it goes to someone who can benefit the most. Just wanted to say thanks for all the great content throughout the years
I could massively do with the app as a newbie to the gym to generate a decent program which works! These videos are so informative for someone with no gym experience
Again a really helpful video, thanks. Especially the honesty about not being consistent with stretching really shows that you're showing us all there is to see - and I can definitely relate. Cheers
First day using the app yesterday and I could literally feel the difference the next day. Love how the weight automatically update if you don’t hit your reps
Hello from across the pond! Love the content man, I'm getting married at the end of the year and started watching some of your videos to help me get in shape. I'm a long way off from my goal, but making small goals each week helps. Thanks again!
I’ve seen your fitness photos for many years now and suddenly I just realized that I never took the time to actually know more about your and your content. Congrats for that app man! Loved the content and definitely will give a try to that 5 days split. I feel I gotta pay more attention to those details so I can enjoy more my fitness journey as well. Cheers
Yo, choose me i’m watcching this from mexico and i ‘m a med student and the we have 36 hours shifts, but ur routine literally gave me motivation to go and pull some weigths cant wait to try the app
I fall off the training wagon pretty often for various reasons, but even when I’m not going through any consistent program I appreciate your videos. They often do motivate me to some degree even if I fail myself. Thanks for the inspiration, bro. You’re a legend.
Wow. Seriously impressed with the features of this app Joe. Body part rep accumulation breakdown, adjusted weight at failure. Really impressive, it has all of those little things that you usually have to "wing" and dont really dial in until a few years in of lifting and it automates these. Congratulations on such a great product after obviously a lot of hard work mate 👍
Glad you like it! It will only get better - it's our 'forever project' so hopefully we can just keep making it better and more useful for all our current users.
Joe. I’ve been watching plenty of exercise content for quite a while and I wanted to let you know that your approach and delivery on your videos is thoroughly engaging which in my opinion is due to how authentic and honest you are about your own experiences with fitness. Down to earth, relatable and no BS. Just down to business with a good dose of humour. It makes such a difference when the host doesn’t take things too seriously. Love your work and at 54, I need this stuff to keep me inspired. Cheers mate.
Been using the app for a couple of months now. Exactly what it says on the tin. Also dont have to do any thinking in the gym now. App does it all for ya
Mo - do you work out at home or gym? I’ve only got access to dumbbells (got a power tower as well) but worried I don’t have the equipment I need to make use of the app. Any thoughts?
@@KM-hk8tc if it's just dumbbells and somewhere to do dips/pull-ups then you probably don't have enough equipment to make best use of it mate. You'd be too limited with exercise variation to get the benefit unfortunately!
Loving the vibes and tone of all your videos. Not sensationalising or over dramatising anything - you pretty much keep it real. I'd love to have the dedication and commitment to my health and fitness as you do, but I keep blaming life for getting in the way.
Would love to try out the app, so here's my comment for the drawing. Love the content. Always to the point. This one inspired me to pick up stretching again. Thanks man.
Thank you for always being honest about your challenges. I find it way more motivating than perceived perfection. I’m also here for the jokes. Best of luck with the app!
I'm 44, just really started lifting (slowly) last fall, and I find your videos some of the more informative and enjoyable to watch. You're not simply robotic like a lot of others can tend to be when giving throughts and tips about lifting. I find it refreshing tbh. Looking forward to the Push app to come out on Android!! Actually anxious to try it. Cheers!!
I’ve pretty new to the gym at 31.. on and off for many years lacking consistency but I’ve been on it pretty consistent for the last year now. I’ve been trying to find a full body routine by taking bits and pieces from multiple RUclips pages. I like your break downs and just decided to download ur app. I’m going to give it a go on the free trial and see how it goes. Cheer.
Stumbled onto you recently - your laid back vibe is top notch and i appreciate it vs all these "fitness RUclipsrs" who just do videos of asking girls on the beach stupid questions or trying to get people to curl girls in Times Square. You've gained a subsriber
Top video again dude! I've been following you only for a short while but love the no BS content. I've used one of your previous videos (with the spreadsheet) for inspiration. I'm not expecting much being a 40y/o but I'm enjoying lifting again. Looking forward to when the app is on android - looks great!
Started using your PPL program 6 months ago (with some modifications here and there that fit my needs) and have seen real progress. Keep up the great work.
Great video mate. Your program introduced me to a sustainable diet that can still help me lose weight, after years of trying I've finally gotten my diet and workout routine nailed and I'm seeing results. big ups to you mate!
Solid set up mate following a similar program myself full body high frequency just making sure volume per session is not too high, adding in a weekly long run and a few boxing sessions

can i get the app pls
Planning Footy and staying shredded....follow the leader.
Cant find the app on android would love to try it
You have a scammer impersonating you in the comments.
Joey D is the best fitness youtube out there. also the only one who I actually believe is natural. plays football as well, which is just sick.
Watching JD is my 10 minute set of relaxation and mental clarity. Something about these videos are just so relaxing
real
Probably is calm manner and semi-serious jokes😂 Love it’
I feel the same. Tip: watch his okder QnA videos, just a chill guy saying things that makes sense for 1 hour
Hard agree just his vibe I guess
Dude, what an honour! The Beijing sitters stretch (glute one in this video) is gold
I will consult you next time for names so I don't have to say "this one"...
Lately I've been seeing your old videos for the feels, it's amazing how you've grown as a person
man's focus on quality over quantity goes to show in comment sections like this 🔥
I do miss tommy b and joey d fingering ibiza adventures but its nice to see the growhth too hahahha
Growing up watching you has been crazy, currently the age you are in your earlier videos and you’ve always had your shit together. What a man 🔥

@@kevinhenson5942 at least you're jacked now, right?
@@dranelemakol I wouldn't say jacked. I lost 80 pounds over the last year and have put on some muscle, though. I'm working at it.
Very relatable when you mentioned it being hard trying to get better at loads of things at the same time.
the eternal struggle.
I feel less alone now :D

Actually been using one of your excel spreadsheet programs you gave away ages ago, so switching to your app sounds ideal. cheers for the work

15 years into the game and still one of the hardest things: listening to the body and taking rest when appropriate. I feel you mate.
Indeed, taking rest days when you are hooked on endorphines is taxing...
Love how informative the breakdown of what you do is. I've started Lifting 4x, Running 3x and Football 2x a week and found it to be a great balance that doesn't get boring
Love how honest he is with his stretching inconsistency. I feel you brother

Another nutty video as per usual
The app is fantastic Joe, I've been using it for a 4 day split with a rest day inbetween. Been really enjoying it so far!
The structure and proper-ness of your videos makes me so satisfied. Thank you for taking the time
