Honestly super impressed by the quality with the phone camera. I have an S21 Ultra and never considered it for RUclips and have been contemplating updating my current setup
@@TalksWithTJ Ive filimed a little bit in 4k for videos using the s21 ultra but since my stuido apartment doesn't have good lighting I can only do some much with it. I might end up getting a small vlog camera as long as it has a external mic attachment
You're welcome, glad I could help. I edit with InShot Pro, they offer a lot of options to only be a mobile editor. I think it's natural for most creators to transition to a camera eventually if they create long enough. I may very well in the future but creating on a phone is a good start and something most already own.
I'm amazed at the quality the S10e has in filming. My girl has that phone but is ready to upgrade. I'm also still using the S10+ myself for the 3rd year because I bought the 1TB model so I have plenty of storage left. Thinking I may potentially upgrade next year so we shall see but anyway I enjoyed the video. Keep up the great work and content!!
Hey Tj! Kind of unrelated to the video, but how were you able to get in touch with sponsors? Did you reach out, or did they reach out to you? I’m also a content creator with 2.3K subs and have been pretty curious about that and thought I’d ask you since you mentioned it in this video
Thank you for posting this, I have the pixel 6pro and was thinking I need a nice 'real camera' But how do you get the external mic to record with pixel 6 pro?
Hello I currently have an iPhone 11 it sucks honestly but I do RUclips and other content so I’m planning to move to a pixel 6 . What do u suggest is best for me is moving to pixel 6 worth it as a content creator
The pixel in terms of capturing commentary sit down footage isn't as good as (to me) as the Samsung Galax options or the iPhone options. For capturing photos, it's AMAZING! The pixel will provide great b-roll footage in cinematic mode and for panning shots you take that are stabilized. It will always be a preference of how you like a video's final output.
Just my opinion. The Pixel 6 pro was way better on the vlog from the front facing than the Samsung. The depth mode on the Samsung looked too unrealistic and the processing along the edges was distracting. That said, I wish Google would add some type of depth or cinematic mode to their video.
Definitely was looking forward to your input on the Pixel 6 Pro... I'm still undecided on what I'm gonna do about a new phone but in your opinion, how does the 6 Pro function on a day to day basis?
Y do u think the mic sounds so different from Samsung Galaxy S10e vs Pixel Pro? I thought maybe I had did something but the difference is amazing. U think it's the location of the mic?
I have been contemplating getting a new phone to film for RUclips and I love both options. Thank you for the video.
Glad I could help!

🙏🏽🙏🏽 The S21 is one I considered and still may consider in a year's time or the S22. There are limitations filming on phones but also pros.

That's where lighting comes in, either soft box or larger 19" ring light to help.
Now I need to know what you're doing for editing. Great to know you're getting it all done with phones. Thanks for the info and inspiration.

Dope video. Great content. I pray you get to and pass 50k this year, and reach any and all other goals you have set🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Thank you Marc!
Love this video I was having trouble deciding thanks for sharing

I would love to try the S21 or S22
@@TalksWithTJ yea I agree. Im either holding out til S23 or Galaxy Fold 5. I really want something new so next year's Fold might be my go to.
I think the S23 will be insane
@@TalksWithTJ agreed. Well thanks for the chat, gotta work super early in the A.M. Again I enjoyed the content. Continue the good work!
A beautiful video view perfect 👌

I didn't reach out to them. I believe if you continue to produce content they find valuable, they will reach out.
I am thinking of going with the pixel 6 pro for RUclips videos. Do you recommend the s22 ultra or the P6 pro for that?
Honestly for videos I would probably do the S22 Ultra.
Thank you for posting this, I have the pixel 6pro and was thinking I need a nice 'real camera'
But how do you get the external mic to record with pixel 6 pro?
Honestly I haven't played around with audio tons on it as it doesn't record as well with the USB mic I have and used here.
Get a mic with usbc,

I appreciate that feedback Tim. I wish they had a depth option as well. I will play around filming with both phones during the year.

Day to day the finger print can be annoying but it refreshes fast as advertised.
It works really well
It's really fast
Y do u think the mic sounds so different from Samsung Galaxy S10e vs Pixel Pro? I thought maybe I had did something but the difference is amazing. U think it's the location of the mic?
The mic didn't change in position, that was seen in the video. It has to do with how each phone deals with an external mic.
@@TalksWithTJ I was asking if the phone's mic themselves were in different position on the respective phones?
The phones were in the same position so since the mics are located in the same places on the phones, no.
In my opinion I think the Google pixel 6 and the Google pixel 6a is good for youtube content
The 6 Pro is used for more b roll you all see in recent videos for fits and shots. The commentary footage for me is filmed on a Samsung
what tripod do u use for google pixel 6 pro
Depends, but for filming here, a very basic tabletop tripod
Love my 6 pro
Great phone
They can include face unlock with a software update idk why they don't do it.
I hope they do before 2022 ends
You content is great IMO no need to get an expensive camera 📸 also Team Pixel 💯
Appreciate it Rusty! No plans to do so anytime soon .
good pick on a phone, brave of you to try something that isnt samsung :o
im keeping this in mind next time i get a new phone fr good vid
Well I used the 4XL before say maybe Nov 2020
