Kroger Grocery Haul for a Family of 5 | PLUS Nutritious Snacks on a Budget

If you're ready to snack smart without breaking the bank, this grocery haul video is for you! 👏
I'm walking you through my latest Kroger haul, where I snagged some seriously awesome finds (with prices for my Jacksonville, FL store!). I’m also sharing some high protein and delicious snack ideas. These snacks are not only budget-friendly but also packed with the good stuff-nutrition, flavor, and a little fun.
*Snack Recipes:*
- *Tuna Salad*
1 7oz can of Tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp greek yogurt
10-12 sweet petite pickles, diced
1 tbsp favorite seasoning blend
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
-*Snack Plate*
1 serving of tuna
1 individual hummus cup
2 celery pieces, cut into sticks
5-6 baby carrots
2 baby cucumbers, diced
2-3 sweet petite pickles
1 babybel cheese
- *Egg Salad*
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
2 tbsp Chick-fil-A or honey mustard
1 tbsp mayo (optional)
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- *Deli Snack Plate*
1-2 slices favorite deli meat, I used buffalo chicken breast
1-2 baby cucumbers, diced
1 individual hummus cup
1 babybel cheese
1 serving favorite fruit, I used kiwi
- *Breakfast Snack to Go*
Yogurt:
1/2 cup plain or greek yogurt
2 tsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp hemp hearts
1/4-1/2 cup serving of fruit, I used raspberries
Hard Boiled Egg
1 babybel cheese
1/4 cup favorite trail mix
- *Almond Butter Rice Cake*
1 caramel rice cake
2 tbsp almond butter (or favorite nut butter)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp dried cranberries
- *Greek Inspired Rice Cake*
1 low salt rice cake
2 tbsp cheese spread, I used feta, could use Boursin or laughing cow
2 tbsp olive tapenade
2 tbsp feta cheese

WOW!! Hot tip for the kiwi!! I love the savory rice cake idea too!! One of my fave snacks is the baby sweet bells. You can dip them in anything!! Definitely my emotional support peppers! Or!! Hey girl, hey! Hope your family is doing well. I love Feta soooooooooo much, I am going to have to hunt down some dip. Rice cakes were a staple of my mom's diets, along with the magic cabbage soup that everyone ate. Love how you put the snacks together, I am definitely going to check them out! Have a magical evening!

Old El Paso is absolutely DIABOLICAL with their products. They have a cinnamon cornbread mix now and I know that if I try it, it's game over.
Also, your snack ideas are fantastic! The perfect amount of protein and volume for nutrition and satiation.
And the fact that you use your meat chopper to grind up other things that aren't meat? It makes me feel better using it for pretty much mashing things together, too.

To add! I use flax-seed pitas (Joseph or Aldi L'Oven Fresh), scrambled egg whites, and a slice of American Cheese to create healthier versions of Dunkin' Donuts' wakeup wraps! They're super filling. Add a bit of lettuce or pickles in it and you get better flavor!
Oh my word, I need to look for that cinnamon cornbread mix. And I love that breakfast idea! I am so boring when it comes to breakfast, I am definitely going to add that into the rotation to mix it up! Thank you so much!
I love different cheeses, crackers and sometimes some sort of meat (turkey, chicken, salami, etc.) I got some of the Sea Salt and Pepper scalloped crackers at Aldi. They as so tasty.
Since I got my rotary cheese grater from Amazon I shred cheese ALL of the time.
Cheese and crackers are the best! Makes me feel like I’m not an adult and it’s always nice to pretend that. 😅

Kielbasa is a staple in this house. It’s so versatile! And that feta dip is dangerously good. 😅 I think I love feta because of how salty it is haha.
Take a rice cake & put a wedge of laughing cow cheese & add a some salsa on top.
I put pb & honey or banana on mine

I refuse to buy the packaged grated cheese as they coat it with cellulose (which if you don’t know what that is, look it up) So gross! No wonder it doesn’t melt well. I always grate my own cheese…tastes a 1000 times better! Another awesome video my Friend! 😘👏💕
