Once you begin to 'withdraw' from group happenings, because they don't appeal, or perhaps you find them not really 'you'...there is the opportunity for managers to begin a quiet character assassination...and they do. Little comments that undermine your friendship contact with other residents. I now read meeting minutes (after the event)...because maintenance or complaint incidents are minimized. e.g. A serious water and mud incident (that I cleaned up) was recorded as "Water trickling down ranch-slider. Resolved."

The law needs to change. These so called managers are not working for the residents like they should be. Disgraceful.
