My fave was the loft with the bathroom in the kitchen and the last one. From where I'm from I would definitely say that the bathroom in the kitchen is a bit weird, but NYC apartments are kind of smaller, so I wouldn't make it too much of an issue. Just keep the bathroom clean with so poopori and the door closed lol.

I moved out in 2006 when I was 25. I could not afford NYC, so I moved to Stamford, CT
only 45 mins from the Bronx. Try to leave the city if you can, if not for your sanity...for your wallet 🤑

Let’s talk about how well you edited this video tho! I think the bathroom next to the kitchen is a NY or Caribbean turn off thing. I didn’t notice it until I came to the South. Most of the homes here have a bathroom next to the kitchen and it took a min for me to wrap my mind around it. Honestly, you get use to it. Just close the door. Congrats on the journey again!

Girl I feel ya on the bathroom in the kitchen as a no go. For me personally that is an absolute deal breaker. My husband and I actually purchased a home last year and I did not take a house because the second bathroom was actually in the kitchen...like WHY???🤢💩 But the realtor for that property was also a jerk so no great loss! I am in need of some help in the learning how to effectively plan for... This video is so helpful ima need you to please do one on daily planning. I've tried a few ways , but I guess they just weren't the right fit for me to be consistent with it. I'd like to see your approach on how to create a daily plan. I'm a wife, mother, student, and care giver. By the end of my day I just feel like running away. Gurl, help!
LOL Hey love! I use excel to help me plan finically. I use a journal to help me plan out my day. I set to block out times for certain things as well as black out days. I give my self a few days off throughout the month as well. But I can try to make a video going more in detail :)

Same scenario, but I was in love with it so this issue seemed minimal bc the apartment was so beautiful. But looking back I'm glad someone else was approved for me before me bc..ew.

I liked the two Brooklyn apartments. I prefer the first one with the bathroom in the kitchen lol I don’t think it’ll bother you once you’re moved in and doing ya thing. As long as you keep it clean and keep the door closed lol
