- Hello Loves! I'm finally sharing my EMPTY NYC DREAM APARTMENT TOUR! I am so excited to be blessed with such a amazing apartment. Thank you guys for following me on this journey.
For my safety I will not be sharing the location or price of my apartment. If you watched my dream apartment hunting video you will have an idea of both. I did not use a realtor I found the apartment myself using the tips I shared with you guys in my hunting video :)

As a new yorker myself; this would be sort of my dream apartment/loft as well. Those windows & staircase are literally everything 😍😍😍 and the fact that it’s spacious even though it’s a studio style loft. you really found a gem. congrats again!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Yes sis ! It is perfect for my first apartment. Trusting your process is key. If I rushed I wouldnt have had this gem :)

Ah to be young and free ; I remember the joy I felt when I moved into my very first apartment. It was old and dusty but mine. Make wonderful memories in this very nice apartment you worked very hard for it.

Congratulations. In my day I moved from my parents home at 16 to a Nurses home attached to the hospital where I did my nursing training. Then I married and my new husband and I rented while our first 3 bedroom house was built. 51 years later and on my own I now live in an RV. I travel around New Zealand and one day when I am ready to live in a house again I’m going to build a tiny house close to the coast. Enjoy your first home. Enjoy turning it into your haven from the mad mad mad world. You have great taste. Wouldn’t it be great if you could have a mezzanine floor build along side that wonderful window.
