This place is huge! So much space and square footage, plus open concept. Like the colorful elements, i.e., color schemes, decoratives, furnishings. Kudos to her and her partner!
I don’t know who she is but her space is really wonderful and she seems super nice. Sometimes people who do these tours try to come off as so sophisticated and posh. But she’s like, yeah I love my ikea shelves! Very down to earth.
The sea shell mirror is gorgeous. The flowering tree branches and birds wallpaper is gorgeous. The cream colored twisted into a flower pillow on the blue chair is gorgeous. I love the cheerfulness of Michelle's home.
I really like how she created different rooms with no walls and lots of colors. I love she still has her Christmas tree up in her tv room. I love her sea shell mirror in her bedroom. Thank you, Michelle for sharing your apartment. For a NY apartment it is huge!

I usually prefer a monochrome look. But Michelle did such a phantastic job that even I loved the color! Its colourful but somehow very clean and cozy. So well done! :)

Amazing. And love to see a mix of completed and incomplete spaces. Really showcases her eye of design and give us a sense of "before" without inserts. Also humanizes the space even more cause if it's not professionally done, there's always projects that need doing or completing. I like how there's a gradient of clean white to bright airy and colorful. And the bedroom seems like a texturized haven. Thanks for the inspiration!

I really like her home. It's very welcoming and pretty and let's face it, you can never have too many plants with the amount of space she has. The only thing I would change, is to most definitely paint the wall behind the she built where she showed us the snap out light fixture. Everything in her home is so nice but when you look at that wall behind the cabinet it sort of make that space appear drab. I also like the picture she painted. I think it's beautiful and shows off her talent. Finally, even the outfit she chose to wear for this interview says a lot about her personal style and taste. 👉🏽👉🏽It let's us know that she's fantastic!!💕💕💕

And yes, I really do like her place, especially the living. I liked all of the colors and artwork. I thought her sofa was the right choice and set the tone. That said, with there were quite a few things that looked a little off center but I chose not to place my focus there. Example:. I thought the covering of the blue 🔵 chair should not have been done. The chair itself was such a beauty and to cover it up was a no no. I also didn't like the Christmas stockings hanging from the white wardrobe. They appeared to a last minute after thought like, Oh wait a minute, let me put these here and when it came to the kitchen....it was too darn busy looking. IMO the bedroom should not have been shown. I said that I really like her place, because I really do. I think it's comfortable and pretty (besides the mishaps that I mentioned). What I like most was the Hostess. She just seemed so down to earth and chill. She came across so sweet and inviting. Truth be told, she kinda reminds me of one of those women that owns a little nice boutique filled with fancy knick knacks from all over the world and when you pick up a small saucer and cup and look underneath for the price, it reads $125.00. Itʻs filled with things that she loves, rather than decorating based on "What others will think." Hurrah, itʻs a triumph of interest, texture and color which makes for a welcoming and personalized environment.
Beautiful loft. When my kids were younger we were offered a white sofa. We joked that we could keep the kids or the sofa. Even as an adult I probably couldn't keep a white sofa white 😀. TFS
it would be nice to see a shoe storage unit at the front door. i'm loving the pink paintings, sofa paired with all the beautiful plants. the mexican tapestry is spectacular and really suits the dining area. the kitchen is very busy and could use a cabinet for storage. she's got style!
Lol! Those shoes! Even some kind of ikea cabinet and she could paint it or SOMETHING! I agree about the kitchen too, but it’s like European kitchens - they never have many cabinets and everything is always everywhere! The apartment is huge and full of natural light, but I’m too conservative for all the eclecticism. I do love the Mexican tapestry.
