  • this is a Quick View of my latest and most powerful ice-chest
    air cooler. just fill with ice or frozen gallons jugs and flip it on. has dual 4 inch vents, a double speed fan (12v blower/boat fan), 2 risers to raise up the ice, and extra insulation. i posted orig. video back in april (too soon lol). thought with the latest heat-wave it might be helpful for those who missed it the first time. link to the full video listed below. fan is a 12v boat blower/fan. it's an attwood turbo 4000 (but amazon has lots of brands and models). if you like the video please rate sub and share. stay cool 😎🍺

    with all these videos, you should really set up a timer to see how long the ice will last or how long it will blow cold air.

      hi.i typically get anywhere from 5 hours to as long as 11 in one case. but you should get a few hours at a time minimum.

      You should have drilled holes in top then used a spray foam

    Does insulation help you when you're trying to cool down the room? It seems like this could be entirely uninsulated to the same effect.

      hi there. i used kwik seal kitchen and bath caulk to glue it down. (it's a caulk but it works great as a glue)

      @@desertsun02 thank you and is the insulation waterproof so when the ice melts

    • @desertsun02
      @desertsun02  2 года назад +2

      @Kevin Warren. yep, the reflectix insulation is 100% waterproof. it's a 'plastic-like" product that is injected with air. the glue is 100% waterproof too.
