@@yupp_harish3936as I've been in this industry for almost 2 years so based on my experience I will suggest you if you don't get a development project in the initial phase of joining try to study hard upgrade yourself as your time will increase in company, the other company will expect more from you and yeah 3 month tackle is like easy they don't hold for so long as I did I switched when I was on bench so on bench they release early

Bro for logic building just take simple prolems like on array and strings and yry to solve them using different approaches...use different different methods and use custom code ..you will face some difficulties but your brain will start to create logice...
