Started with Cognizant at 3.2 LPA in 2018, switched to a mid level company at 8.25 in 2021, and then switched again in 2022 , joined a product based company at 22 fixed LPA. Thing is that we should keep improving ourselves, market will value us. 😎

I did my Graduation in Commerce in 2019 and joined MBA ( Average college, No compus Placement). During MBA my priority was govt job , so i was preparing for SSC and all. I appeared in IBPS RRB PO 2019 exam but scored very less Then i appeared in 3-4 state govt exams but failed . In August 21 i have successfully completed MBA in Finance and decided to join corporate sector so i relocated to Delhi and started attending Interviews. I was struggling to get interview calls. But Finally I got an offer from an Accounts Firm and They were offering 14k per month , Although salary was not my priority Still i was not sure of joining this firm bcz there were very bad reviews in Glassdoor about this Firm ,So i decided to refuse this offer. In the same month I got another chance for an interview at an MNC. After 3 rounds of interview they asked me What is your Salary Expectations i said Salary is not my priority, i will accept anything. Next day they sent me an offer letter with 6 LPA CTC. Now i am getting 46k in-hand.

The reason why Infosys gives such low salary is that we Indians are ready to be fed crumbs and still are supposed to feel grateful om that and we never protest.Look at the starting salary in US,it's 100k,which is quite competitive. Stop glorifying these undertaking companies.

For that i respect these MNCs but that doesn't mean i owe them my life, they are also benefiting from us people, remember nothing is free in this world, you have to work for it. Yeah they gave opportunity to freshers but that also mean they got cheap labour in return, and if i am being offered higher package then of course i will choose it for my family. Because family comes first before your "loyalty" to a company. Me staying in infosys for 2 years is enough show of appreciation.

As an ex Infosys employee, I can say that it is not the problem of the company for paying low salary to its employees. Infosys is one of those companies that provide the best training for a fresher to understand the work-flow effectively. And these companies also provide a lot if employment opportunities to the graduates with total employees of more than 3 lakhs. You can also crack major interviews in big companies with the experience from Infosys. So stop blaming the money and think about the benefit you are getting from working in such a company.

Good startups always encourage ideas and learning without compromising with the package. Unfortunately, if you get into some bad startup, initially they will be very encouraging and later on when they feel that they are over paying you, they find reasons to find fault in you saying that you are giving below performance than your peers and eventually downgrade your salary to half of your CTC.

Bro now I'm under training in Infosys . Bascically im Non CS student .
They r teaching so many technologies like Java, oracle, spring ,rest APIs ... . The thing is they reduced the training period (45days for me) but they didn't reduce the syllabus. We don't have enough time to prepare FAs . Some r saying that " there r many vacancies in Infosys they won't fire u even if u don't clear the FA" WT do u say bro?
