Hello, I am Fraz.
I am a Software Engineer at @Google. I have made this channel to help all who are ready to learn, grow, and do something big in the field of Tech. I create content through informational videos, tutorials, and podcasts that will help students and software engineers.
We are back with Jitanshu Champ! In this podcast, Jitanshu has shared some valuable insights for the people who are coming from a BCA, BSc and MCA background. And the people who want to switch from service based companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture etc to Product based companies like Amazon, Google, Netflix, Apple etc.
Coming from a humble background, Jitanshu has cracked Microsoft and is working as an SDE II. He has done his graduation in BCA from a tier 3 college, yet he wasn't scared to dream High. He kept on giving efforts and cleared all service based companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys and more. He was more focused on up skilling himself and learning rather than going for higher packages, hence, he chose to work with TCS.

I would like to add some more details on Support projects. There are various categories L1, L2, L3 etc. L2 and L3 involve application maintenance as well as code fixes which are fun to work on. There is a lot of scope to understand the business process as a whole and also add more value to your clients. Just sharing my thoughts. The general belief that support projects are bad and development projects are good, that is not right. It all depends on your interest and urge to learn new things.

It will contain a designation generic to all the role.

In tcs ratings and bands depends on your relationship with your manager and hr and also the project you work for. If project is not good then you can't expect a better hike even with good ratings.

I'm from Kolkata, I am working here in a MNC company of US Medical Billing Process or also known as RCM Process. Our company is also a service based company we have many clients from the US....I have been working here for 1 year now. I agree with most of the points this guy has addressed in the video.. I also believe, Earning money is part of your life you have to do it to run your life show...But if you are really into building your Future in a field then suck up all the knowledge that you can put in, Because you'll not believe me...We all feel, there are Many who work better than us, but when you keep pushing yourself to the edge, you will see everyone else is so behind you...And believe me when I joined this company, I also thought my fellow coworkers are very good at their work...I won't be able to get the start Perfomer badge on my chest...But believe me I worked hard and put my full mind into the process, And I was awarded the Star Performer of December 😊

Im currently serving notice periods in my current organization my last working day is 19 aug 2023 .
I got offer letter from tcs on 8 th june 2020 while accepting offer letter ị provided my tantitive joing date as 21st aug 2023.
I didn’t get any bgv link or in begin proratl offer & day colum showing my recuiter name email or onboarding manager details.
Kindley please help me when i get my appointment letter or bgv link
