I'm from Lahore, Pakistan. The difference between Pakistan and India is the mindset, i.e. more indian females are working, while our culture is not that much up to the mark. Though cities like Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad have improved culture for women, but villages are far beyond that approach. It may take some time for us to improve this scenario
what's the need to force females into every sector without considering merit and efficiency? In schools 90% teachers are female I'm sure this situation is there too
