I have Prankur Gupta with me in this podcast who switched to Amazon after working at TCS for 2 years. He has also cracked other offers from companies like Snapdeal and Morgan Stanley. But, even you want to quit, you need to work with handsome salary for a decade and then you can enjoy early retirement only if the stocks in which you've invested come with great returns.

My concern is notice period. Usually they have a notice period of 2-3 months.
Most companies won't wait for that.
And it's really scary to leave company first then start applying.
