Thanks for the video. I'm rebuilding my first set of CV's for a 2007 Bonneville. Question... if you're looking down at the open carb on your bench, with the heater elements on the top and the needle seat on the bottom....there's the main jet, then the pilot jet slightly to the right, then just above both of them, as a cluster of three, there's another tube with something that's not removable on the top. What's that passageway for?
Could have used a little more detail installing the needle as to which way that white holder and needle fit and any washers. Mine didn't run and I'm thinking that is where the problem lies. I'm having a hard time getting the spring back in there thats why I say. Thanks for sharing.

Got it and whom ever rebuilt these carbs assembled them wrong.
How often do you need to do this? Not after every wintersleep?
And how to avoid it?
