I found all your videos helpful and am grateful for all of them. Thank you. Somehow though I wish that I could meet a truly self-realized being. I seem to understand what you are saying and I practise all of it as far as I am able, but everything still seems so 'dry' to me. What can I say? I am not sure of anything to even be able to question.

@@vijayanmadhavan4506 Practice and devotion take away the dryness.
The mind keeps desiring to meet a realized being while ignoring all the teachings and teachers which it confronting on a daily basis in the form of challenges, problems, triggers, difficult people etc.
Live the teaching, then this dryness will not be felt and you will see the One in all things.
For this I would also suggest reading the Bhagavad Gita.

How typical? Am I being egoistic? Full of mind? All you can give me is more talk? Fair enough. But don't give me the crap that you are helpful to ME, that asshole who is the jerk who is somehow always the fall guy for all the shit in this world. This is my mind talking but the asshole behind it is always the bigshit self!

Did it. Stopped. Did find silence, did find a loosening in the persistence, and did find thoughts coming back with a vengeance referring to past mistakes etc. Will keep going with it because it simply feels like it is true. Feels like truth.

I usually just see your videos in my feed and think, well, maybe I'll look tomorrow. This morning, though, I clicked on this one since 'thinking' overwhelms me at times. I tried what you said, to make 'the thinker' only think of itself. What happened was this 'thinker' that hits me over the head with repetitions of the past, of fear of the future, of all the things I do wrong, and hardly any of the things I do right, it had to look at itself and feel the guilt of how it hurts me. You know what happened? It shrank to a tiny little dot, to a tiny little speck of a nothing. Maybe someday I will get it to disappear completely, at least for a few glorious moments. Thank you for posting this!

Absolutely! Thinker dissolves as it focuses on the Self. Very powerful and so true that this is how we wake up from the dream. And now I got a better clarity when Mandukya Upanishad speaks about dreamer and further in Mandukya Karika I guess, Gaudapad has even clarified that even our waking is also a dream the way we operate, and today I was able to connect the dot with this practice as how? This thinker is the dreamer actually, if I'm not wrong in my understanding and when this thinker merges into the self, this dreamer dissolves and waker wakes up as per also the teachings of Swami Chinmayanand. Yes Sunny, will make this as a practice. Thank you for sharing your valuable insights with us.🙏✨🌟

How does conscious thinking like problem solving happen, if there is no thinker. When I look closely at the thoughts, I don't claim "I am thinking" for all the thoughts, but only for the seemingly consciously thinking. Thoughts that appear by themselves, I don't claim ownership for them.

What do you do when your mind gets triggered. I dont chase money or experiences, but I do want the experience of peace. I ended a very abusive relationship 4 years ago and he stole my life savings of 10years, cheated, altered my reality, physical, financial, and emotional abuse and I wanted to leave no matter what the consequences. It's 4 years later and he is still hacking my accounts contacting my family and still keeps saying I am worthless..deserve to die etc. Most of this I have gotten good at ignoring, but when he hacks my accounts etc and contacts my family , emotions rise in me and I struggle to deal with them and I struggle to deal with the continued resultant force of his actions. I find all your videos helpful but in this situation there is resistance.

The root cause of all problems is sex, which gives rise to the mind, and the mind, in turn, creates a life filled with dreams and ignorance. Within the body, the association of mind and spirit is an uncomfortable one; their combination is like mixing water and fire, causing discomfort and suffering for both. This leads to a painful, unfair, confused, and noisy existence. Conversely, when the mind and spirit are separated, life becomes blissful, fair, clear, and calm.
