In order to get the sidemarkers to work, you have have to flip the wiring harness. The ground and power for the 1M indicators are reversed, so if you remove the little clip on the actual plug, you can reverse the harness.
It’s all coming together Chris. I’d try and go as OEM as you can. Paint it Valencia Orange and get the BMW 359M CSL style alloys and quad pipe it. Few engine mods to match OEM power of the 1M. Once it’s done, I’d love to see you go up against Mat in his e46 M3 around the Nurburgring to see who can post the fastest time 😂 loser buys the next project 😏 ha! Great series so far. Nice to see the channel taking off mate.
Looking great man - steering wheel makes a massive difference! Make sure you get the OEM BMW ZHP shift knob as well, it's weighted and makes throwing those gears feel lovely 👌
When you dropping the next update on this? Really considering the kit so really interested to see how yours turns out fitment wise etc? Do you have a rough estimate on how much you expect the project to cost including parts, fender splicing and paint? Cheers 👍

Black, white, silver, boring & most common colors of any cars. Black hard to clean. very lame & unimaginative for a sports car. 1M is best in valencia orange
the construction of that steering wheel looks off specifically the 4 and 8 o clock positions the leather part should taper not be rounded off like that who made that wheel? no humps on the flat bottom or nothing...
@@Chris_Slix I did it on a cold, damp February day because the washer jets were weak on my other half’s 125i. It was a royal pain in the arse and the cold, wet mud falling on the back of my head didn’t make it much fun either! 😂

1M battery tray needed mate, move charcoal filter and get a 1M exhaust. Bolt straight on 🤘🏼
theres an actual 1m in Leicester that i keep seeing dont know exactly where in Leicester but looks so good. i think paint it that original orange

You should do maybe a matte grey wrap. Grey matte wraps are very forgiving, they hide scratches, are cheap and easy to work with. Excited to see more!

Make it Sao Paulo Yellow with Gloss black 20" Tapered 826 M wheels. Now that would be something different but yet so OEM to the new G80.
