The ICBM's and other systems that are in commission since the cold war are on par or much more capable in terms of speed and/or precision and/or range than Oreshnik. The fact that the US is able to shoot down around 20 warheads with the most capable systems from the around 1800 pieces Russia has - by the way, Russia has almost zero cabability to defend - is well known, but not publicized.
