I'm definitely the analyst lol I'll listen and if something makes sense, then I'll go with it. But what drives me up a wall is when something makes no sense or there is no documentation or no evidence. Or if someone tries to pull a fast one with policy or something involving the work that is untrue, then I'll say so but if they don't listen and continue then I'll shut down immediately and end it cause then it's getting no where, obviously.
Commercial Claims Show U are awesome for being so accessible. (You’ll be overwhelmed with subscribers soon enough so I’ll thankfully accept that now while I can 😆)
❤️the video you gave a lot of helpful tips definitely gonna get the book. You talked about making sure the Insured is happy. How would you handle the insured if he/she wasn’t happy and wanted out of your contract?
That's why I always make sure to provide the correct and accurate information to the insured, and set their right expectation before signing the contract. (:
Thanks for your question Jody! Honestly, I would explain to the insurance company that DMO is implying the roofing company will be using uninsured day laborers to remove and skilled laborers to install. As you know, this couldn't be further from the truth. Roofers are required to carry workers compensation, and the same skilled laborers are used to remove and install a new roof. If I were you, I'd try to find some official documentation to back that up. The key to winning is documentation every time! Good luck Jody!
I took my car to an autoshop. That auto shop got set on fire by someone. I had to personally call the guys insurance because I only pay for liability or so I was told by my insurance company. I get ahold of the person I'm supposed to get answers back from 1-2 weeks later. That person tells me that they were going to deny the coverage to my car because the fire was due to arson and the insurance doesn't cover negligence. Me being young and inexperienced said 'OK I'll see what I can do". My neighbor tells me that they are messing with me. I have now been without a car over a month now. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?
Omg that's quite a unique story! Do you have auto property damage insurance? Also, who told you arson would not cover you? Was it the owner of the shop or the actual insurance company? Please clarify.
@@CommercialClaimsShow The insurance that i have only covers liability. So I got ahold of the autoshop insurance company. I spoke to the adjustor about the situation and that person told me that since it was concluded that the fire was due to arson from the police report that they wont cover it. It was mentioned that since the fire spread from outside the building (by somebody) that they wouldn't cover the cars affected due to negligence.

Dude I love the natural spill. You'll flub and roll with it, not all chopped and mixed. Cool jib bud.
Haha thanks man. Yea, raw, uncut and authentic! 💪

Great info Vince! Really appreciating the videos!
Glad you like them!
Is it about the number, or the path of repair? The number takes care of itself when the estimate is written correctly. That’s the nature of Xactimate
How do you argue changing “dmo” to “rfg” on removing roofing and components?

In a few words, what a Public Adjuster does:

How do you stay away from Pufffing the estimate
Simple, just write up what you see. Period.
