Hey I was thinking of getting the 450 hp BMS kit and was wondering how much it would cost to get it all installed? (I have no experience doing any such thing) haha 😅
Just follow the guides and it shouldn't be too hard. I have heard people get quoted $400 just for the spark plugs which is crazy. I just ordered that kit and it shipped out today. I should be installing it this Saturday as long as it gets here by then.
@@chafnutgaming0003 It's so worth it, the power is great. I run map 4 with E30 blend, and I haven't had any issues at all. It took a bit to install the spark plugs, but if you get 2 swivel sockets it makes it so much easier. There's a few videos out there showing how to do it. I got the BMS kit that includes the intakes, oil catch can, spark plugs and the JB4. I think it took a little over 2 hours to do everything. The spark plugs took the most time, the Intakes were easy to install and the JB4 was super simple, I did the the extra clips so I didn't have to tap into the wires. I also then ordered the Fuel it! sensor and app so that I could more easily monitor my E30 mix. It works great. I don't use the calculator on the Fuel it app, as it didn't seem to work great. I just usually do 1 gallon of E85 per quarter tank of fuel, once im at E30. so if I have half a tank of E30, it's about 2 gallons of E85 and the rest 93 octane. If I have 1/4 tank, then 3 gallons of E85 and the rest 93, and so on. It's usually pretty spot on.
