This is the second time I listen to this session... It amazes me. Rarely I listen twice. Only the sessions that really impressed me.

My uncle is a JW from Brazil. I tried to witness to him over the summer but I didn’t realize their Bible was só perverted. He kept denying things and the scriptures I’d use to prove Jesus deity were all changed. Thank you so much sam I will be using these verses with him, and will be using the question tactic.

Hi Sam! Thank you so much for being an amazing apologist & resource!! I had a second meeting with some JW's today & we were going to discuss why i believed that the Holy Spirit was a person in the Godhead instead of just an active force. I only made it to the 4th or 5th passage before they just shut down and said that i don't understand scripture. They always twisted the passage to mean that it was just God's "active force" doing the action. Altogether i spoke with them for about 9 hours, used the technique of trying to ask questions... but I failed. I even managed to work my testimony in of how i went from atheist to new ager to christian based on experience & there was no reaction (that has always elicited a reaction before!). I didn't get to touch on so many topics that i wanted to :( I pray that as least one seed will take root!
