That is the Mari0 AE Mod I think. I'm working on a mappack myself called "Super Mario Bros. Extended" with all levels from SMB1, The Lost Levels, Super Mario Bros. Special and a few custom levels with tweaked level design and new graphics and musics!
This is amazing, when I started Mari0 AE in 2013 i would've never imagined it'd be played by a channel with a quarter million subscribers. I've only played through the first couple of worlds of this mappack myself, but the work georgeharold1 put into these levels is incredible. Peak Shrek experience. Great vid 10/10
When I made this game, I didn't really have Multiplayer in mind, but since it seems like it works (other than Lair not being able to use fireballs for some reason), I'm fine with it. With that being said, I've decided that "Orange Shrek" is Shrek's brother, Kevin. If BTG has a different, better name that they would like to use instead, I'll consider making it canon.
That's cool. I kinda wish that you add Donkey as "Player 2". That would be great. Since Donkey made a role as Yoshi in Super Shrek Bros 2, that seemed appropriate.

Hi, Darby! I wanted to let you know that I am officially working on a SpongeBob mappack for Mari0: AE Edition! It’ll be a complete reskin of the game, complete with SpongeBob AND Patrick as playable characters, custom music, and the complete SpongeBob feel so that you and Lair could possibly play together! It’s still unfinished, but expect it to be out within the year!
This wouldn't be the first time a Shrek game was made in a similar style to a Mario game. Back when I had a Nintendo DS, I had a racing game that was full of only characters from the Shrek movies. The race tracks and mini map on the bottom screen were both very similar to Mario Kart. Edit: It's called "Shrek: Smash n' Crash Racing".

Player 2 should be Fiona since they're a married couple. Also the underwater music seems to be Fairytale from the movie, my favorite music out of Shrek. Remember, Shrek is love. Shrek is life!!
I like how they used some bootleg sprites to make this map. Shrek's Sprite is an edit of an bootleg called Shrek Bros and the background is from Kart Fighter.
