Me, an grown adult who doesnt use tampons: You really shouldnt theyre quite difficult to get the hang of- Camper: *runs into bathroom to avoid me talking her out of it* Me outside trying to guide her: Okay so.. um youre gonna have to relax and find where its supposed to- Camper: WHAT THE HECK OW Kids are just so interesting.
Wow. They dont "get their period riding a horse". Their Hymen rips/breaks often while riding if it hasnt broken before that. Thats all. Its not an actual cycle. Not if they are still virgins anyway. Speaking from when I worked with horses here :)

This was an amazingly good SNL sketch. I have never seen Kate McKinnon play a young child before, and she did it so well, I did not even realize it was her to begin with. I am so used to seeing Kate McKinnon playing politicians, both male and female, so this was a refreshing change, and very cute.

I was a camp counselor last summer and my friend and I recreated this.....we had to clean up the script a lot and got rid of Jeremy's character and the cafeteria lady......My friend played Joseph and did a bit to much ad-lib than planned but the kids loved it
The subtle choices in this skit are what makes it amazing. Truthfully so well acted by all. It’s funny to get so introspective about a goofy skit but look for the faces the off actors are making. Full commitment and high craft.
It is cool though I imagine they had it taped and just played the tape. Imagine getting a call from SNL asking for a tape of Danny Boy on a kids xylophone with mistakes. That would be something a music teacher remembers.
