possible drive issues. need to run chkdsk to look for bad sectors
@@AdrianA-oy3qn Did you try older restore point if yes and still? Might your drive is corrupted
try this to fix, Press the Windows key and type cmd.Right-click "Command Prompt" and choose "Run as administrator".Enter the following command and press Enter: chkdsk C: /f /r /x. Replace "C" with the drive letter of the partition you want to repair. but as I see your drive is C:\ then retry restore point, try also system updates, scan for possible malware

Hello mr ryedtv.20.. i have to face this problem everytime whenever iam going to install oracle 10g files what should i do then? I also did system restore its unsuccessful 3 times
Brother plz reply now the system restore is successful by i did it in safe mode but the files aren't showing still (and also in safe mode the previous interface is showing and in normal mode again the new interface is showing when i opened laptop and that we can't sign. Interface bruhhh help
@jayu2300 Try to create another user then transfer the missing files on the desktop if the method in video didnt work, to locate the missing file go to c:\ windows and user

Why not tried to reinstall fresh copy of windows or try to upgrade ?

@@ryedtv2.0 Hi, I ended up powering off the computer, and as i powered it back on a prompt popped up saying system diagnostic and an option to repair. After reboot it was working fine.

try right-clicking the app's shortcut on your desktop and choosing "Properties." Access the "Compatibility" tab and select "Run Compatibility Troubleshooter
Another solution is make sure you download the right version for your operating system, x64 x86 check your system information system type which version suits you, check also your windows security goto apps & browser control- reputation based control turn off check apps and files (Risk you may installed app with malware) do scan after succesfull installation
