On the 2nd prompt, at 3:11. I get Error 740. Saying “elevated permissions are required to run DISM. Use an elevated command prompt to complete these tasks.” Please help! This is the 3rd video and 3rd technique I’ve tried and none have been successful.
Edit: Okay so something important to note here. I found the reason for the error. You did mention right clicking PowerShell and selecting “run as administrator” however I’ve exited out and re-clicked it for every prompt. What I typed above was when I forgot to select “run as administrator”. Figuring I’ll leave this here for others confused.

When i got the error i read it but didnt know what it meant so i pressed sign out, And then when it loaded i didnt have a microsoft button so i help down the off button, then turned it back on, now it says "Updates are underway, please keep your computer on" Have i lost everything..?

But where do I keep my files? In the new account created move it there ? And if i move it to the new account and then do the rest of the diagnostics will it delete my files that I moved to the new account created ?????

I did this and moved the files over but I now have no storage space left and the old user folder says it has nothing in it but when I try and delete its saying its 120gb? I don't know what happened now but its no longer visible in the users folder but I still have 0 bytes of storage left

But the Windows account I need to copy uses a Microsoft account and I cannot use this same account in a new one. Can I set up a new account without a Microsoft account initially, copy the files across and then attach that Microsoft account after deleting the original Windows account? I don't know how to do that. Thanks in advance to anyone's help.
Its say error when i was in a second command the dms thing its ok if only the the first command are the only thing that i do? Or do i need to complete this command and what should i do to accomplish that?
Complete all steps provided but make sure that you put a space between the word and forward slashes so like the first one he says "space" in the 2,3,4 commands he does not say "space" but you still need to enter the space before typing the forward slashes

Try checking your D or E folder. That’s where I found my data. For unknown reason the user data is transferred there.

I have a problem, so after I created the new act as administrator, I run the power shell, I did the first code for the sfc scan, it pop up a message that I have to be the administrator to run the scan…… which I already set the new account with….. so what is the problem? I’m stuck here, pls help.

I've been clicking on this add someone else to this PC and it's doing absolutely nothing. Even my start menu ain't working. Please is there anyway to fix this without wiping my system's memory.
Same here. I click the start button and nothing happens. I right click so I can at least shut down but there is nothing I can do to take any steps to rectify anything. I tried calling microsoft, which is a very frustrating experience as the site either doesn't recognise anything you say when they give you the prompt or if you get through, the person who you speak to tells you they'll put you through to somebody more qualified, then after two minutes of music the line goes dead. They're really not that interested unless you want to buy something.

disk c/users/your corrupt account name{must did all the commands in current video with restarting device} and then from users open ur profile file and copy documents and desktop and all of above of ur account files
