The title is so misleading and even factually incorrect , he never had an approved green card in US, just an approved I140, but anything for a click-bait!
This is exactly why I don't bother subscribing to this guy's channel. He is doing good work overall, but still relies HEAVILY on clickbait. After watching a bunch of videos with similar titles, I completely lost respect to this guy.
Goutam With a smile and trying to look cool, this person makes out to be a "know it all" but in reality lacks real depth of knowledge on many issues, e.g. real estate investments. Give him 👍as he has the b**ls speaking with confidence.
approved I-140 is not Green Card. There are a million desis in US with approved I-140. Also approved I-140 only means you can renew your H1B. There are many instances where H1B has been rejected despite having an approved I-140.
Salary, varied opportunities and weather make US better than any other country. The biggest challenge is life long immigration processes for India born people. I came in 2005 and was very clear on settling in USA despite all challenges. I am so glad I did stick to my goals and planned it that way.
Title is misleading. Green card was not approved, just 140. Nobody will give up US green card and go to Canada, unless you are a fugitive or something! 😝 Like Ravish mentioned there are very few opportunities in Canada career wise, compared to US. I had my Canadian PR in 2005 which you could get within 6 months if you were in US. In the beginning of your career the difference in salary might not be much. But later on this difference adds up quite a bit. So I stayed in US... In fact if Ravish would have stayed he could have applied for 485 and received EAD last year. I would say if you are older then Canada makes more sense because you want stability. But if you are in your 20s coming for masters, then Stay in US
Totally agreed, Canada is not a land for highly educated or for those people who want progressive growth. Seen 1000s of talented researchers and engineers unemployed. Only Ontario and British Columbia are the provinces where you can find opportunities, and still it’s gonna be tough without Canadian education and experience. I regret moving Canada in my early 20s and in the end I had to move to U.S for my career growth.
Recently graduated in Chemistry Honors from one of the Top college of Delhi University (Hindu college).... Confused which country to choose Canada (my known live and cheap and PR 😃) or Australia (Expensive ,but like the environment but difficult to get PR🙃)
WRONG Tittle : GC was not approved, only i-140 was approved. PS : This interview tells you all you need to know about H1-B/L1 visa Abuse since 2000s. These are the very reason why well deserved, well qualified Indians are still waiting for their GC
Those with the money and power will do what's best for their benefit. It's unfortunate but in the US and probably India the indirect corruption is so common and widespread that the average person typically has to suffer much abuse.
Would like to correct things here for Canada. Fresh out of college most of the jobs pay 60k base and 10k variable. 90% jobs start at 60k. Only top of the line companies start paying above 85-90k
Very interesting video! Congratulations!! I'm a Bollywood and Kathak dancer from Spain living in India and I love to watch videos like yours! Keep going!! ✨
I've lived in Canada for 11 years now. I have done very well when I compare myself to anyone who moved here with me or even few years before me. But in all honesty, with the same amount of effort, I would have made me 10x more in US. Canada is laid back. It's calm and peaceful but it is because it has a socialist side. The government does not promote capitalism. Also, healthcare is not free. It's paid through taxes and a lot of your tax money is wasted. Go to the hospital once. I promise you, they will make you sit there for 6 hours before even asking you what has happened to you. The hospital staff works very hard but they just cannot help everyone. I'm considering moving to the US because I need to be around people that want to grow. Its very difficult to find people in Canada that are truly growth oriented. For anyone considering moving out of India, try to go to US. The benefit of getting your parents here is not a huge positive in my opinion. With the salaries, taxes and savings, your parents will have to go find work or you'll never be able to save anything in Canada.
P M Bull, you are doling out misinformation about Canada. A lot of Canadians have had stellar experiences about the health care system. In the USA, if you do not have insurance, you are up the creek and have to make difficult choices. Take for example one needs to have a delivery. In Canada it is free. In the USA it can run into the thousands. Astronomical prices for drugs in the USA, reasonable in Canada. Yea, move to the USA One less mouth to feed in Canada🤣

I140 is not green card. All what it helps is to extend H1 without the 6 year limit. Salary difference and tax difference are huge between US and Canada. I know several Canadian citizens who take T1 and work in US for better opportunities. Promotion or salary increase doesn't need H1 amendment.
Thank you for such a unique podcast and fresh perspectives on PR in Canada. We can literally get so much of valuable information through people who had diverse experiences. Really enjoyed every bit of it. #KSKH

I come from there as l grew up there and I recommend that if you want to intergrate in most Europian countries you need to master the languages/culter from those chosen nations...(If you want to be a High Value individuel with a high paying job & living in a good area)🤔 Otherwise you will find your self working manual jobs like cleaning or McDonalds or Taxi driver If even that. Forget about handouts/benefits as those will be NO more in the future as things are changing worldwide for Everybody economically due to Covid. Good luck 😁

Thank you Pritesh!!
Amazin!
Hi Yudi, please do a video on Germany, its education system and job opportunities. I am eager to see a podcast.
Europe is not the same as before unfortunatly.
Good luck 😁
Can we find this podcast on Spotify or any other platform?
