That is because most of the myths Yudi addressed and Ms.Emily answered were focussed on the idea that the counsellor officers judge your application where as what she is trying to convey is that the application is just a part of the applicant and they are actually judging the applicant as a whole for his eligibility for the visa applied.
Basically if you are able to explain your purpose and keep your intentions honest, you'll get a visa. Some get their visas by answering just 5 questions and some are even asked 12 questions and still gets rejected, the outcome of the interview is slightly unpredictable but being confident and truthful is the key to get a visa.
I think it means that your probability of getting a visa is higher. I don’t think there are any guarantees and the VOs have a lot of discretion on who they grant the visas to.
She's just being too humble and smart, lots of those questions he asked matters a lot. I've seen visas getting rejected because of their schools, no.of backlogs, loan vs savings ratio and more. In most of the cases, our ds160 will be presented as reviewed and the result will be mentioned in their screens already, our interview is just for personification 👍 so profile matters a lot....
Moral of the story : They are looking at totality of an application, single factor wont decide if its a reject. This is the sentence that you are all going to hear in different way for every Q/myth. Saves yourself the time and skip this one. (Its just that, its kind of official interview, she is not going to be a Frank about it, or share her true experiences.) As always appreciate the efforts man !
She clear lot of facts. I got F1 visa with bad academics in diploma engineering and I was applying for bachelors degree. One more point is my mom’s greencard was under process and I was beneficiary of that case still I got approved, I had to come back to India for greencard interview in less than a year. It even came up during F1 visa interview. I explain whole thing in detail and within less than two minutes she gave me visa. I would say just don’t lie or falsify anything be honest and explain your situation, and you will get it.
Bro i got admits in two universities with ielts as gre was waved off due to this pandemic. so, will that be a problem in my visa interview and also my academics are not that good Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks
@@mohammedsajjad2402 I think you will need to research possible questions that could be asked in your situation and do some mock interviews before hands so that you won't be afraid or nervous. Prepare for the worst because you won't be facing hard questions generally but you will be ready for it just in case.

It's quite apparent that the Visa Officer is trying to be diplomatic with her choice of answers in clearing off the myths of students who would want to know the real reasons behind the F1 visa rejections. As she mentioned that they look out for the totality of the visa application and the clear intention of the students regarding their purpose of studying in a foreign country. It is simple and straight forward that, if a student is good with his/her grades, language requirements and financial support, then I strongly feel there would be good chances of getting a Visa. How about for someone that has been out of school for a long time, 32 years old now and only has a high school diploma and ready to go back to school: How does he meet the first criteria the lady talked about ? Does he needs to start an online course for one year or six month, refresh his memory, get a little certificate from the online course to add extra point to himself ? My question is: how does he meet that first criteria ?

In Mumbai, US Visa interview office counter no. 33 and 34 created and creating problems for Indian students under visa F1 Visa application, they are rejecting Indian students with no reasons, they are playing with career of Indian students. US embassy please think and take appropriate actions on them. Chinese, Indians are doing politics with students and enmity with them. Everyone knows how the Chinese are. Let me tell you my today’s visa interview experience US embasssy Delhi, chanakyapuri Counter no.15 She was an Indian lady with black hair and I could see rejection in her eyes. Gave my document and I said Good morning officer She didn’t even responded me neither did she look at me She asked my which university and I told her about it Then asked me have you don’t any English proficiency test Then I replied yes madam I’ve done Ielts Till now she hasn’t even once look towards me She is constantly looking at the monitor and typing And all she said is SORRY NO F1 VISA FOR TODAY I’m from Nepal and she rejected almost everyone from Nepal and other standing in that line.
All you need to do is, if you are suffering from some things, make sure that you are in a position to explain the situation as much as possible to impress the interviewers.......🤗
I need some information about renewal of F1 visa. I came to US on 2016 with F1 visa. On 2017, I got notifications for work permit violation (this was happened due to some departmental mistake on counting and recording hrs) and my SEVIS id was terminated. During that time, I got a new I-20 from department with new SEVIS number and traveled multiple times to India without any issues. My university told me that I do not need to apply for new visa and I can use the same visa but need to pay new SEVIS fee. Currently my visa is expired and need to go back to India to renew my F1 visa. I have a valid I-20 with valid student status. I am now worried about my renewal as my previous F1 visa had mentioned with previous SEVIS number in my passport. I have 6month left before completing my doctoral degree. If I go back to India and proceed for renewal process, what is the possibility to get a rejection? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

@@ThisisDaniyal no gpa isn't always a factor bcoz your university or college had given you admit based on it only n embassy officers don't just reject on that basis , but yeah you must be prepared well if they asked abt It , rest I'm not any visa attorney, you could reach out to the right person regarding it . Hello, First of all thank you for making life easier for millions of people like me and second I had a question, I had my fiancé interview on 25.11.2020 and they said to me that I needed to send them some more proofs and also delivery confirmation page but they returned my passport back to me and kept all my other documents that I had provided them! So now I am really worried what will happen but they said that they will reply to me through email address!
What do think sir what could happen, I have sent them lots of proofs and evidence right after my interview
None of these tips will work when they already decided whom they will give visas whom not.

She was an Indian lady with black hair and I could see rejection in her eyes.
Gave my document and I said
Good morning officer
She didn’t even responded me neither did she look at me
She asked my which university and I told her about it
Then asked me have you don’t any English proficiency test
Then I replied yes madam I’ve done Ielts
Till now she hasn’t even once look towards me
She is constantly looking at the monitor and typing
And all she said is SORRY NO F1 VISA FOR TODAY
I’m from Nepal and she rejected almost everyone from Nepal and other standing in that line.

I need some information about renewal of F1 visa. I came to US on 2016 with F1 visa. On 2017, I got notifications for work permit violation (this was happened due to some departmental mistake on counting and recording hrs) and my SEVIS id was terminated. During that time, I got a new I-20 from department with new SEVIS number and traveled multiple times to India without any issues. My university told me that I do not need to apply for new visa and I can use the same visa but need to pay new SEVIS fee. Currently my visa is expired and need to go back to India to renew my F1 visa. I have a valid I-20 with valid student status. I am now worried about my renewal as my previous F1 visa had mentioned with previous SEVIS number in my passport. I have 6month left before completing my doctoral degree. If I go back to India and proceed for renewal process, what is the possibility to get a rejection? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
