The solution to greencard is in the thumbnail itself. I don't judge people seeking greencard through marriage. If a person is able to provide for the family and is good in general and truthfull, then an american marrying that person has nothing wrong in it. Indians are nailing it in america. So why not?
From my experience getting GC is not easy. Every category per country limit applies. India is severely back logged. It’s very hard to get GC. They never make it easy. Period. Indians born abroad have a better chance.
Every law has a loop hole. You just need to crack it.But i have mixed feels about the Imgiration system in USA.I feel like Americans using everyone in the world to built there economy by showing trap that American dream. But here Question is does it worth it to wait for years for a citizenship?
Sundar pichai worked in applied materials till 2000 then he did his mba in Wharton from 2000-2002 and joined McKinsey for 2 years then joined Google in 2004
It is true Indians are ruling the world without any war due to how much they have given to the entire societies at large. It is hard to find any country that can run without the support of Indians.
All the CEO of American companies, that we proud of, are Americans(nationality) not Indian. They just look like Indian, and they benefiting America not our India. Don't forget that.
When they are addressed as "Indian CEOs" it is understood that they are being called Indian with respect to their origin not their nationality. No need to be bitter about them benefiting some other nation.

Americans invite Indians to be in their systematic thinking. Why do you think we need to go to usa? which means India is not capable to provide the platform for Indians to grow? What do we lack in? As I see students gather all the property in order to leave country and invest in usa. Are Americans highly intellectual? How do you think our intellectual capacity could be used in our country and make this place as the top one destination for all the countries. If you want we can join on to discuss on this or the informative videos. I am phd philosopher. Good to see you sharing information to the listeners. Thank you for your time ! Have a good life.
Hi there. I don't think immigrating to other countries necessarily does only bad for India. The fact that Indians have a huge global network in tech speaks volumes because it allows for more investements back into India. India simply does not have the capability to provide quality opportunities for a lot of people atleast for the next 2 decades. I would say that people move out to find opportunities and some even move back to set up new startups back home. There is a reason why we are the fastest growing startup capital in the world, even faster than China, Japan or the US. A lot of grads come back to provide more opportunities for the Indian workforce at much more competitive paygrades. I agree its not the best, but there is still change occuring, and I am optimistic about it for India's future.
Very informative, Yudi! I'm on h1b right now but also wondering if I can join the Global entrepreneur program as well to start my company as an alternative, rather than partnering with someone on a green card.
Thank you Yudi for sharing. It was informative. Could you please share details on F1 visa entrepreneurs program. It makes great impact on F1 students who were coming to usa recently.
If I have a green card and marry an American citizen can we easily apply for citizenship? Are there any requirements to apply for our citizenship? And at some point, can we create our own company without those laws ?

As an Irish software dev with less than 2 years experience, is it worthwhile to get another masters in the states? Or should I just keep applying for jobs? I already have a bachelor's and a master's.
@@YudiJ Thanks for the reply! I want to move to the states but I am worried my experience level will hold me back for visa sponsorship. So I am wondering if it is worthwhile to go and get a second masters there first.
@@YudiJ i think Michael is trying to say that he has already completed master's degree in Ireland and is working as a sw dev having less than 2yrs of exp and now he wants to move to USA but he is afraid that he might not get visa sponsorship from US employer as he has less than 2yrs of work exp so he is asking in order to move to the US weather it would be worthwhile getting a master's degree from US or should he keep applying for jobs directly.
