Brachiopods= a bagillion times. That number came from my 4 year old niece. She said you are pretty. I said you are beautiful. lol! I’m going to watch the video you linked after she is picked up. It’s so beautiful in Michigan and you found so many amazing fossils. ✌🏻❤️🙂🙏
We're so glad you are safe here in MIchigan, Kyle! Good time to be here and catch the beginning of fall color too. Are Derek, Chris and Brie okay too? Thanks for sharing your hike with Rob with us.
It’s great to see that your safe and faraway from disaster and having fun hope your family and friends are safe to great finds today and another great video!
I am sad to hear your mother is sick. As I posted on Michigan Rocks I pray for our Father to heal the sick and injured. I had cancer so I know what y'all are going through. I never know who I am praying for each day but, God knows. Much ❤️ from Texas.

Growing up in Arizona, dad used to take us north out of Phoenix to the Mogollon Rim, altitude 5 to 7000 feet in elevation. A devonian ocean bottom covered in shells, corals etc. Found one limestone rock with a brachiopod(sp?) Standing proud with a high iron content. Gray rock, orange fossil and a bonus of a 1/2" clear quartz crystal next to it. Our family were big time rockhounding people...also bottles. Keep up the fun. Hope mom is doing better.
I visited my dad in payson arz and we went to Christopher creek. Then went to see a giant waterfall and dug some silver from a Boulder in the stream below the waterfall.
Very small trilobites can be found at Rockport as well. Hope you got a chance to visit the Besser Museum. It's not exactly world class, but it's a nice little place for local geological history. Some *_massive_* concretions there about 1/3 the size of a vw bug.
That is a beautiful area! Thank you Kyle and Rob for showing us around. The brachiopods are cool! I lost count of how many times you said it, lol. Very happy you're safe, and I hope your friends are too!
Rockport, the most beautiful undiscovered fossil beach you've ever seen. ♥️ my hometown I miss 😢 so much. If you can go, it's worth it. The beach is great swimming too.
Rob is wrong, those things are cool! ;) I remember when I was younger and, when watching American TV, couldn't quite understand why it was sometimes mentioned to travel to see the autumn colors... as a native Swede it didn't quite click that "proper" seasons aren't a thing everywhere... ;) I guess I have to appreciate the colors around me right now a little bit more... :)
beautiful fall Michigan mountains tops love it! thanks so much for taking us along with you Kyle I know it's a little more burr in October then your used to but I'm glad you've chosen to stay and be out of the bad Storm going on in Florida. love ya Kyle! and let's not forget to thank Rob for showing him around! loved it!
Glad you are safe from the hurricane and got to spend some more time with your Mom and fossil hunting with Rob. Have you ever considered casting the best ones in a mould and making some jewelry to sell? I know I'd be interested. Thank you for another great video. Hugs of love and support for you and your Mom. Keeping her in my daily prayers. Btw: you said brachiopod(s) 27 times throughout the video ❤️
I live there (Alpena, MI) about 10 miles from Rockport. We go out there all the time, my wife loves the rocks, also they have some decent hiking trails and great views. You also find some strange things washed up on the beach.
That was a Great Hunt!!! Some very nice finds!!! The trees were beautiful!!! I'm so glad you're okay!!! You have been in my thoughts and prayers!!! I hope you're home is okay!!! God Bless!!!
Excellent fossils finds Kyle, I find a few nice ones too a little down south from you two, down outside Clare. This is a beautiful are, love the woods here! Cool sink hole. Great video, always enjoy seeing you with Rob! Thanks Kyle! MI is a special place!!!
@WILDKYLE always great to see you back in Michigan. Always enjoy your content whether in FL, MI or elsewhere. Your enthusiasm for what many overlook or minimize is greatly appreciated.
Great video! Do you remember where in the park you found all of the brachiopods? I'm headed up there next week! Never been there so it seems like there is a lot of ground to cover!
I couldnt count how many times you said brachiopod, because everytime i recounted, i came up with a different number! So im with the others, take a drink everytime you say brachiopod! I have another friend who is a youtuber in michigan, but he is is harrison, mi and he finds tons of brachiopods, favosite, hexogonaria, horn corals, and lots more. He is city rockhounding and you should check out his channel is you like brachiopods!
Those pods were huge! Loved the first and last sink holes, probably one in the same? Awesome. Glad you stayed away from Ian. Hope you went back to a safe apt. with electricity?
The sink holes look amazing.u have to go back there in summer to dive there and make video to all of us to see what is lurking under there💕 I really like when u rock hunters are sharing ur sites with eatchother👍
Good video you guys we have a lot of lime stone around the Green Bay Wisconsin area we have a lot of fossils around here also always fun looking for them.
Michigan is a beautiful place. I used to do music shows all over the great State. I realized that there are many hidden secrets there. Geologically and in it's high strangeness. An incredible northern wilderness. Very little on RUclips about the area. I found a heavy mining cable like that with the giant iron hook in an abandoned talc mine in Vermont. Great video team up guys! You put me right in the mood to get back out in the field before the big freeze. God Bless. P.S. hot tip on those fossils. Go to Elmira, N.Y. the surrounding Harris Hill area. They are everywhere. Anywhere around the Niagara area as well.
Very interesting! I've never visited this place or the sinkholes, Its on the list now for this fall. Since you are in Michigan. You are Rob should stop by the Detroit Gem and Mineral show. This weekend October 7, 8, 9. 2022.
Northern Wisconsin, has sinkholes.like that,my dad hunted up by draper wi.shot a big buck.it ran over and down into one.had to drag it back up the hill.

When they had tours in the quarry in Thornton Illinois, I found a giant star fish in limestone.. I still have it, after 30+ years...
That sounds like an incredible find!
Love this duo!! Happy Fossil hunting

That sounds incredible! Thanks for sharing and thank you for asking about Mama. She is doing good!
I also grew up in Phoenix and hunted brachiopods on the rim!
We used to camp at canyon point campground and then go across the road and hunt fossils in the fields across the way.
I visited my dad in payson arz and we went to Christopher creek. Then went to see a giant waterfall and dug some silver from a Boulder in the stream below the waterfall.
It is definitely enchanting, it’s a place where faeries could live.🙂🙂🙂
Enjoyed that. Thanks more posting

@@theelectrifiedhomestead9478 yes. Any channel that does that is a scam. RUclips won't fix it cause they make money off it

I found all my Brachiopods in the Barton clay on the south coast of England funnily enough
These are the type of fossils we find here in Pennsylvania. I didn't realize that Petosky stones are Devonian age. Great video!
I forgot you lived down in Florida!! Yikes, glad you are safe. Hugsies to mom

Thanks for another great video. I just spent most of Saturday up there. It is a beautiful location. I think the largest sinkhole is about 100 ft deep.
Love the little Brocks
From the moment you said count the number of times you said Brockport I counted 18 times. Gotta love those brochiopods. I enjoyed the video Kyle.
Brachiopods and corals, what fun, Kyle! It sure is gorgeous in Michigan right now!💖

I absolutely recommend checking it out!
Hi Mr WildKyle!
❤🤟
Annie! Hope you are well! Let's talk soon!
My husband and I found ocean fossils in southwest wisconsin. So this does not surprise me. Blessings.

There is indeed "something" about the land and forests here in Michigan. High strangeness indeed, there are things in the woods here...
I've been finding my tropical marine crystals in Michigan since I was 2
drink when Kyle says Brachiopods! 🍹🍹🍹🍹
Ohhhh that'll turn into an interesting night 😂
Have you given thought to making a counter top or coffee table etc with brachiopods and epoxy?
I was wondering about you and Cris and your friends. Glad to hear you're okay.
Would love to come over to the US and go fossil & crystal hunting with you. It looks so cool over there! 😍 🤤

I'll be back in Florida then or else I'd love to! I highly recommend Rockport if you love fossils. It's such a fun place.
Wow
My husband and I were up there this summer
Definitely a cool spot!! The horn corals are my favorite!!
That's like half an hour north of me!
Hope your return to Florida is uneventful and safe Kyle
I name thee Brock!
Good to hear you are ok. Any word on paleo Chris and Bre?
Everything was all good with them too! No damage up where we are in North Florida.
Where was this location in michigan? We leave in the middle of the mitten..
Would be interesting for you guys to somehow check the depth of that, very cool
You really don't have to worry about rock caves like there here in Michigan. We don't have rattlesnakes hiding in them up here.
yes it sucks what happend to florida but think about all the new fossils that you will find cant wait for the videos. glad you are ok.

Kyle, what do you use to clean the fossils you find ? Don’t want to screw up the few I have lol
Haunted by dead dolls….even in Michigan! LOL
You have a nice encrusting coral on your brachiopod at 23:00. Kinda looks like Aulopora
The large pseudoatrypa brachiopod at 23:00 has a nice Aulopora coral attached. I hope you didnt try to remove it.
Kyle do you have any merchandise?
Not yet, but soon!
The Wild Kyle Brachiopod drinking game, every time you say it.....scull!!! blahahahahahahaha
Dumb question...how do they know that they are sink holes and not natural springs? Looked like so much fun!
So are there any shark teeth in Michigan ?
Very interesting channel
Would any of those polish or would they just fall apart?
I have a feeling they would fall apart, but I'm not sure entirely!
What is the internet website you referred to in the video for devonian fossil identification?
I remember someone found shark teeth in northern Minnesota
The whole world's is an ancient ocean
So I have a question what’s the differences between the ages of the coral in Michigan and the coral down in Florida
That sink looks like Big Dismal in Leon county
I believe the winged brachiopods are called spirifer.
take a shot everytime he says Brachiopod 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤣🤣🤣
Hope you are doing well my friend, and also hope your mom is doing good I’m looking forward to watching this
If we made a drinking game for every time you said "brachiopod" your next fundraiser would be buying all your viewers new livers!
