    Thanks for sharing Renee. Again your humorous nature makes the video a joy to watch. I'm interesred in Taco Stacks reactions to your humorous playful cleaning techniques. If I was there you would have me laughing 😆! Taco Stacks seems to be able to hold it in more than I would.
    Great job on the attic. It had volumes of stuff. The marbles & GI Joe items were my favorites so far.
    Can't wait to see what the basement has in store.
    Please stay hydrated & safe. Love seeing you guys working as a team.
    Keep having fun & enjoying life. Take care.

    I see a Weeble's Haunted House in the attic. You mentioned how some small pieces from a toy can go for good money. This one has a couple; keep an eye out for a small witch's hat and a treasure chest. They both go with the Weeble's Haunted House and demand good money.

    A little bit of dust, a little bit of dirt, that´s what you can expect from an average attic cleanout day. 😧Thanks for taking us along to part two of this cleanout adventure, Renée. Some great finds on the old frames and bottles. The Chianti wine bottles are always good flea market sellers, put a candle on it, and you will be ready for a perfect romantic evening. 😉Hope you both can stand the heat in this room. Where is Anthony at, by the way ?🤔 Have a great rest of this monday and get some cool drinks for refreshment, over here we got nearly 90 degrees F with a high grade of humidity. 🥵Greets from GER, U.

      Tony is working downstairs. He wouldn't be able to get up & down the attic stairs easily, so Taco Stacks & I are tackling the attic on our own. Not sure how much I'll be able to record once we get to the basement, depends on if we have others assisting (some do not want to be on camera and/or even have their voice heard on camera). Hoping to get the attic done before the heat sticks around here, though towards the end of the week looks like we are in for some rain for a few days. Which means perfect weather for a mail day featuring some mail from Germany! Hope your Monday evening is going well!

      @@PaperandMoose It´s always tricky to film if some "actors" don´t want to appear for various reasons. Concerning mail from Germany: time for me to prepare the "Gutenberg stuff" and another very old item which is not paper, but a much more durable material, for overseas shipping ... 😉

    And some attics are simply hot and empty! That's what mine is...more of a crawl space! That first toy building...a fr-g apartment?? What a jumble...look's like they simply dropped the stuff in place. creating surprise piles for you! I remember that wire fencing...had it in a backyard of long ago. I know a fellow who has not "lost his marbles"...but is always finding vintage ones for his collection! That glass dome...like those of Victorian Times...to cover a large figurine, clock, or dried flower arrangement. Like that child's piano... an older one. The train pile...old standard gauge pieces. The soldiers look like WW1 era pieces. The toy bells are a treasure...I did not you are a composer! Yep, I'm downsizing the radio collection...may be some $$$ coming my way for one!

    Gosh, the trains are staying with the owners too? Since they are there while you are cleaning out, are they claiming some things as they emerge? Well, if they are, I'm sure you guys are handling it fairly for all concerned. Was you broom from the house? Looks like it has been sitting on the working end in the heat for some time. Careful of your head on those shingle nails popping through. My folks' house was like that and I got my brain aerated a few times. At 7:02 - is that a Marx Crane - couldn't tell if it was that or a toy ladder sitting on something. Imagine hauling all those things up to the attic - the frames and everything else. Of course they did it over years, I suppose. Glad it was cooler for you today. I'm amazed how much you've gotten done - yesterday I thought for sure the attic would take a week. The windows are a big benefit to this cleanup - unlike the last where thy were too small. Do you have a dumpster or just going back and forth to the local landfill. Thanks for the video - hope you have a great Monday afternoon!

    • @PaperandMoose
      @PaperandMoose  Год назад +4

      We haven't decided yet on the dumpster. As we are working on a limited schedule, we didn't want to get a dumpster yet and have it sit for an extended period of time. Dumpsters tend to end up getting mysteriously filled that way, as neighbors figure why not take advantage of some free trash disposal. We were told from the beginning that trains were not included in the cleanout and in doing the right thing, we've added to their pile any that we have come across while going through boxes. They have numerous boxes of track, so glad that I don't have to lug that down the attic steps!
