This was not long enough!!! 😂 How fun! I loved that old gun and holster. And the frogs of coarse and the tapestry. My grandmother Emma Butler had a rocking chair just like that one. I think her material was a reddish color though. I loved it. I would absolutely love digging the the kitchen ware stuff. So fun. I have those old ruffled cookie cutters. Somewhere. Stay safe and warm be careful. Love you! ❤️😘💞💞💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌞🌞🌞🌞🐸🍴🥄🔪🍽️☕🍸🥃🍷🍾🥂🍻🍺🎄🎃⛸️🔦🪠🪞🚪🩳🧸🪖👒🎩🧢🌂🧰🔑🗝️🔐🔍🔎📒📚📰📑🪧💌🕷️🕸️🪳
Them also having a garage you can pick through is like the icing on the cake 😍 So awesome there were more fun boxes of random things. It's too bad the plastic Santa on wheels toy wasn't a Halloween one, could you imagine! The gentleman you are working with seems like a really wonderful person.
Hi Renee. This was so fun. You get so excited, when you find something wonderful in a box. I love it when your face lights up with excitement. God Bless you and the treasures you find. See you later. Maria. 😇😇😇😇😇🤑🤑🤑💖💖💖💖💖👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️🐨
Just wanted to let you know...in case you didnt....that, conical shaped fuzzy thing, with the black handle , that you pulled out of a box ...is a bed spring duster. Designed to fit down inside the springs...its old and uncommon.
1:52 "Unexpected fatigue are often indication of tuberculosis". Ha ha, don´t be afraid , Renée, in todays world this is more a sign of low blood pressure or a lack of vitamines. Get your daily dosis of fresh vegetable of fruit juice, and life will be muy bueno for you. Nice finds, by the way, especially the toy gun, the holster and the handcuffs. Greets from GER, U.
I can only imagine how fun this was to explore this place, uncover treasures, & hang out with friends. I can sure see why you love your job. I can hardly wait each day to see your videos. ☺🙋♀️
I woke up this morning and made some Muffins in the oven Renee. You said you were out in the ' boonies ' away from town but if you picked up a dozen muffins from the local market...digging thru the boxes would be JUST LIKE you were at the Flea market with your favorite pumpkin muffin. HOWEVER.. even better because anything you find you won't have to haggle over the price. FREE.. Free.. FREE!!
Wow...Soooooo many interesting things.....I'd have to get a bigger house for all the things I like...I even like the vegetable baskets....This is so much fun to watch!!! A lot of work but enjoyable work! Can't wait for the next one!
I grew up with a rolling pin like that glass one. My mother rolled out countless pies and other pastries for a family of eight. It was one of my precious memories.
Wow. Another terrific video. The things in it are incredible - everywhere you look. Thanks for continuing to bring us along. That utensil at 13:00 - my Dad used to make applesauce sandwiches with one. Two pieces of bread, applesauce in the middle, clamp it into the tool, and lay it on the stove burner until the bread (with butter) got a little brown on the outside. Powdered sugar on top once the sandwich came out. They were terrific if you remembered not to bite in right away because the applesauce became scalding. Like the old McD's Apple Pies!
I have a few of those sandwich makers in a heavier metal, butter the outside of your bread, place a bit of cheese between the 2 pieces of bread. The applesauce pies are delicious and also few slices of canned or fresh peaches sprinkled with sugar, yum! The brand I have is Tostite. I called them “cheese things” my children called them “flying saucers” chewy around the edges. Always a delight exploring with you Renee, thank you.
It would be amazing to get to help with a clean out like this so glad you get to experience all of the treasures thanks for taking us along with you it has been great take care God bless you all 🙏🙏
!!! Great stuff in this video! I totally have the concrete seats and umbrella for the frogs, but I don't have the frogs! I need to find those someplace. Also loved the ironstone platter. I will buy ironstone for days. Love a good stack of ironstone plates.
We had an aluminum ladle like that in our wash water bucket for years. We didn't have running water, so there was a water bucket beside a basin and we could dip water out of that for washing or for drinking. I hadn't thought of that ladle in years!
Yes! I said that out loud its to hang on the well!! Lol My grandma had pump sink in kitchen for the longest time one was also one by the sink, community use. I love it! Haven't seen one in very long time.In antique stores they have repos of usually blue speckled enamelware but when you've seen authentic one there's a huge difference.
Some of those boxes held an odd assortment to be sure. Plates in with toy guns? The polar bear hanging looks like something out of a teenager's bedroom in the 70s, hanging over the painted French Provincial furniture her parents bought in the 60s.
Had a rocker just like the one y'all put the frogs on growing up. It was so ugly to us but it had been Mama's daddy's and it took her years to part with it.
It's a lovely piece of furniture, sadly being out in the garage allowed it to be the home for some critters. At least they were able to enjoy it over the last few years!
OMG I would love to be in your place! All the little junkie stuff is just amazing 🤪 So much stuff for making art or to have just because it's small and old. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I believe this has got to be the best place you've picked! Can't wait for the next video 😍
Love the little blue clip light that was in the basket with the train pieces. I have two light fixtures in my 1915 home that use those and they were SO hard to find. I paid a very nice price for them on EBay.
I had to laugh to laugh at myself. The box with all the toy train stuff .when you 1st started pulling it out . I was guessing what's that like I was right next to you . I'm thinking oh cool a toy helmet; as you pull it out . Handle of the the water ladle . Oh boy there goes my overactive imagination again
Neat old garage! Although I do not collect pigs...that large one looks interesting! Ah, I knew there'd be a froggy in that stash! Two, wow! Dancing clothes pins! Those old kitchen gadgets look like some i donated to the old tech museum.
@@PaperandMoose Give them a home in your yard! I have four real neat garden frogs...good size, and two turtles, as well. Got them at a pre-pandemic sale. And they don't wear masks...[LOL]??
The glass rolling pin and the flour sifter with authentic blue handle are the greatest!!! Those antique cookie cutters oh my!! These things are all priceless not the repops you're used to seeing around flea markets or in antique stores. I really wouldnt be surprised if much of that stuff was passed down to her from someone from the generation before. That's why they are out in garage because bought newer, replaced with the latest or just didnt use that particular item in her kitchen. Which would make alot of those things well over hundred years old(going by what I've seen of my great grandmothers from mid. 1800s) Rene not even the little things should be over looked but be careful not to price it against repops or even vintage they are authentic antiques. So awesome! Thank you for sharing these neat finds.
You can fix the bench for the frogs. I used to repair all kinds of concrete. You can make a fountain out of it, it should have a place on bottom of the bench to place a hose on it to make it rain up on top of umbrella
Oh no haha. Shoppers at the flea market will be very happy with the next sale day! (Well except for the paper items, no way am I going to sell the sanitorium books!)
That white ironstone platter is very old. With no country marking on the bottom, likely England, you can easily date it prior to 1891 when the Tarrif Act of 1890 was enacted.
I love it as well, and I have a fairly large collection. It was made strong to be able to handle the trip from England to US packed in crates on a ship for sometimes months at a time. That's why so many pieces are still in great shape today. It's fun to imagine the previous life they had before you. 😊
Hello Renee. I was hoping to see a video today. The big pig was it a bank? I remember in the late 70s early 80s the had those tip at furniture store and record stores. I had one but mine wasn’t standing it was on all 4s blue and had a hat on cowboy I think. It was fun my kids would pretend they were riding it . Memories are truly amazing aren’t they? There’s so much there even in a garage. And the tapestry with polar bears 🐻❄️ I’ve never seen one of those. Pretty cool. Take care . I hope the weather doesn’t stop you from being there. That would be a shame. 🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🕵🏼♀️🥰🥰🥰💯💯💯💯
The record(s) in the attaché case looked interesting. Perhaps a home recording! That might be fun to check out. Looks like you’re having a great time, but I know you’re actually working. ;-)
Did anyone else notice that the Spunk magazine had what looks like blood spittle drops? Kind of freaked me out for you.... although it would be too old to be contagious.
I assure you tiredness does not mean you have TB. It is a very serious disease and may cause a patient to cough up blood. My Mum had TB and Jaundice when she was young due to the deprived conditions she grew up in with her 5 older siblings. She is 88 now, smokes but sadly has dementia.
That thing that you held up and said what's this thing is a pie iron issues when you're camping you put a slice of bread on each side and I feeling like apples or something and close it up and put it in the fire and it makes a pie, the rolling pin you fill up with ice water and use it to roll out dough and stuff
It could be thyroid problems, low vitamins, low blood iron, depretion and many other things or probably nothing at all. A visit with your doctor can give you the answer.
Garages and barns keep some of the best treasures hidden in them! I fell in love with that piggy! 🥰🥰🥰
I am loving this group of videos. the house just keeps giving.
It made me laugh out loud when you started to pull out the tapestry and said it was probably Jesus or Mary, and it turned out to be polar bears! 😂
I love the history of these items..my problem is I would spend hours researching each item to find the Era they were made. Lol

This clearout is looking very good ,so many things that look like they have been untouched for years ,enjoy every minute.👍😀
WOW, there’s some great finds there, the clean out might take you guys weeks 😂😂. Too many interesting distractions 😃👍🏻
Distractions is right! It is hard to focus on one box when your eyes catch a glimpse of something else!
I grew up with a rolling pin like that glass one. My mother rolled out countless pies and other pastries for a family of eight. It was one of my precious memories.

I really liked the paintings you found of those ladies in the box. very retro. Awesome video. Sooo many wonderful treasures and memories. Love it.
Now I'm counting the number of times you say adorable !! (as well as oh my goodness)
So enjoying the search
Take Care

I love watching your videos because you really enjoy seeing every item you find. Your excitement is contagious ☺️
I do enjoy it! To me it is a great experience to be able to see these "treasures" that have been boxed up and put away for years.
This is so much fun to watch. Love the excitement of it. Just wow!!!
!!! Great stuff in this video! I totally have the concrete seats and umbrella for the frogs, but I don't have the frogs! I need to find those someplace. Also loved the ironstone platter. I will buy ironstone for days. Love a good stack of ironstone plates.
Renee,Its a treasure grove in there.Holy hanna!😃
Garage finds are cool, but the suspense builds. Hope you do close up hauls on what you got when you get home!

What a great selection of items👍🏼
I had a great chuckle over that rubber foot..thanks Renee for my laugh before bed!

What an incredible story!! I love this series.
What a great time you are having and me to watching your videos.

I am so envious!I love just digging, digging and digging.
Fantastic true vintage clothing & barkcloth curtain
The barkcloth came home with me :0)
What a great video and treasures. Love watching. Thanks and keep the fun coming please.
I want the pig ! So cool to be able to go thru places like this.
Great series. Love it when we look over your shoulder.
Love this series….look forward to it everyday….no pressure lol!
That looks like so much fun. I want to play too.❤️🙏
You are right! “So many fun things in there”. ❤️
Such a beautiful smile Renee' hope your staying warm 🤠

The little pancake maker is actually for making sandwiches over an open flame like campfire or stove
This is is interesting. Eager for more!
You would fill that glass rolling pin with ice water to roll your pie dough. Keeping the dough cold is key to a flaky crust.
Neat old garage! Although I do not collect pigs...that large one looks interesting! Ah, I knew there'd be a froggy in that stash! Two, wow! Dancing clothes pins! Those old kitchen gadgets look like some i donated to the old tech museum.
The frog lawn decor was too cute!

Such a treasure trove! Some aluminum pie plate can fetch a pretty penny. I recognize many of those primitives.
Omg I would give my arm and leg for that pig alone your are so lucky to be doing this pick it looks like so much fun
You can fix the bench for the frogs. I used to repair all kinds of concrete. You can make a fountain out of it, it should have a place on bottom of the bench to place a hose on it to make it rain up on top of umbrella
Oh my goodness that makes it even cuter!!
Wow, I really like that Polar Bear Rug.🐻❄️
what a fun dig! i'm swooning over that soda jar!
My husband loved the Davey Crockett gun! 🙃
Very cool finds!
Love watching clean outs so much awesome things you find. Thanks for sharing
The “soda” jar is likely from a set that went with a Hoosier cabinet.
that apple macintosh box is worth something to a computer collector
I thought The occupied japan toy was Snufalufagus….. 😆
Awe :0) He was a great Sesame Street character!
Loved those chalkware dogs I collect them
Loved this video too Renee!
Even though it’s in your thumbnail I feel like you buried the lede, that pig is AMAZING!!!!
Renee, just think your house will look like this soon lol 😆
Oh no haha. Shoppers at the flea market will be very happy with the next sale day! (Well except for the paper items, no way am I going to sell the sanitorium books!)

Great video. I hope you get to keep some of the goodies.
The metal step stool is from a train. I have one
Thank you for the info!
What a wonderful time you must be having I love this old house !
That Gene Autry toy gun set is worth some money! Original holster, bullets, and handcuffs!!! Very cool!
It was a fun find!
Picking garages and basements .. where the good stuff is ! Sometimes attics too. I just hate the cobwebs though !
What a journey this is...🥰🥰

Yes, it was a bank, really cute! The polar bear tapestry was interesting, I also haven't seen one with that animal on it before.
Great resell on those Mid Century painting of the ladies in box near beginning of video
I got a vintage Santa's head wall hanger on Friday at work I saved it from being thrown in the trash . I was dancing. I love vintage Santa's.
Omg this would be my dream! How do you know what you can keep?
The record(s) in the attaché case looked interesting. Perhaps a home recording! That might be fun to check out.
Looks like you’re having a great time, but I know you’re actually working. ;-)
If the dishes have the country name on the bottom they date to after 1891, when the McKinley Tariff Act required that.
That big rubber foot...hahaha
HAPPY FRIDAY AFTERNOON THIS IS A GOOD VIDEO AND ARE YOU TACOS WIFE I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL
Looked like a camping equipment box
Did anyone else notice that the Spunk magazine had what looks like blood spittle drops? Kind of freaked me out for you.... although it would be too old to be contagious.
Yes, a stocking hanger. My mom had one.
I spy ironstone!!!
You could probably recement the little umbrella stand for your froggies
Now Rene, if the clean out just came to
just you, would you take it on even
though you are given no time limit?
We get a look of your cleaning buddy…. Not what was in my head. Fun things in the clean out
There's two of them, I believe.
Good job!

It could be thyroid problems, low vitamins, low blood iron, depretion and many other things or probably nothing at all. A visit with your doctor can give you the answer.
