I think the little glass ornaments were once filled with small round colorful candies and sealed over the bottom with paper and glue. My grandma had some little animal shaped glass bunnies and lambs and she told me they were originally filled with the pretty small candies and the children would tear the papers off the bottom to get to their treats. These were sold at the Five and Dime stores around holidays.
My husband and I just moved after living in the same house for 40 years. We had three storage units in the new community, and we moved them all this weekend. We are a couple of tired old folks!

Bio Freeze is a good one. I’m using Level Select 3 , found it on line. It’s helped me so much! Another day tomorrow, peace ✌️

And the drip dishes by Hull and McCoy are always selling at Goodwill so I’m surprised you don’t sell them pretty easily. I guess different venues move different things.

My friend collects them, and I always picked them up when I saw them for her. Not anymore. Man, she would sell an organ or a kid for that box full. :)

Hola Taco, Should consider saving the dryer cord (not cutting it). Where I come from that's a $25-35 piece of equipment. Also as a 400+ veteran dryer refurbishment expert, typically 99% of dryers just get clogged by lint or hair. So all one has to do is remove the "dead cat" from the blower vent and Voila dryer works again. As a bonus many times former owner loose change is in the bottom. I used to sell used refurbished dryers for $125-150 each, that's when they were $350 each. Now they are double that. Food for thought.

The round wooden things can be used to hold toothpicks to put in your pocket or purse. I've also seen them used to hold sewing needles. You can probably sell them at the flea market. If you get a dollar a piece and sell them all over time it's a nice profit.

I would have grabbed all the dishes but you know what sells in your area better. We have a lot of camps in Maine and those type dishes still do ok...McCoy and Hulls definately. Some pieces weren't marked, the plates definately would've been. Good finds and enjoy watching you. Stay well. The heavy items can catch up with you.
Aspercreme which does not have an odor you could probably use also but does not work for me. Please Taco..... You should not suffer. There is a vast variety a products in your local drugstore or Walmart or online that you can choose from for your muscle aches. Please please please please please please try something. I feel so sorry for you should not have to suffer,
The Hull pottery, etc. would sell well if you found the right buyer. Probably hard to do at a flea market. The record player was shaky because the turntable is mounted on springs of a sort so as not to damage the records as they play. That's the general reason anyway. Pace yourself. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and plenty of rest. Feel better soon.

People that collect brown drip pottery often don’t care if it is McCoy, Hull or unmarked. As they acquire the marked pottery they will get rid of the other unless research proves it is unmarked McCoy etc.

Just a quick question: why do you cut dryer cords off when it is almost as fast to take the tin cover off and undo the screws and get the whole electric cord ?
Just wondering if you can rent the unit for a week or just a month to give you more time to clean it out? Wouldn't that be a business expense? My son did that with a unit he bought. He knew he couldn't get it cleaned out in time so rented the unit for a month. Just an idea?
Depends on the facility with renting out storage units that are purchased at auction. Some do not allow you to rent it out. Some do allow it. None I have ever been to allow you rent to it for just 1 week, you have to do a month which is usually $150-$300 depending on size and taxes.
