If you ever need it replaced you'll be waiting with thousands of us. Nobody works in the customer service. Ive been waiting since January 12th 2024 to hear back from anyone. Its great if you never need them for anything. Watch how much you put on there

I’ve had the ruby red then the indigo then locked for the rose gold in November of 2021. Ouch still have the rose gold and just started loading in on cro again.

If the price goes up, (and my Cro are staked) do they need to be unstaked for me to upgrade on the next card?
@@tonihamadi435 if your coins are staked at the moment of pump , No they will not unstaked for you it's a contract saying coins will be locked for 6 months regardless price.
@@tonihamadi435 you just go to the card tab then upgrade and it does it.. I upgraded from ruby red to Royal Purple last bullrun with same amount of CRO lockup, best thing ever!

New to your channel. I had the Midnight Blue free card but never used it. I've added more CRO so I could get the Ruby Steel...What happens if you unlock before the 6 months?
You can't unlock before the 6 months are up. Once it's in there it's stuck for 6 months and then any time after that you are able to unlock.

You're so right when you say everyone says it's going to be different this time. I was in the 2017 cycle and I thought it would always go up. In 2018 I lost a bunch of money. I made a little bit more in the next cycle but did basically the same mistake. Now I learned my lesson.

How does Crypto reward plus work in UK ?
So if you’re using your crypto to buy things do you still have to pay capital gains taxes on the crypto if there where gains?
Yes. If you use crypto to top up your card with you have to paid capital gains/loss because crypto.com converts that crypto to your native currency so you can spend it. However, if you top up with fiat there is no capital gains on that of course. I literally just printed out my crypto tax form (Form 8949) in the U.S. on crypto.com/tax and it took less than 2 minutes. Easy stuff.
I currently have the midnight blue card, however I'm thinking of upgrading to jade green. Once I upgrade I stake a minimum of £3k for 6 months, then, if I want to keep jade green I have to stake £3k indefinitely? What rate do I get for locking my CRO up?
You can take your CRO back any time after that 6 months is up so right after or 9 months or 3yrs after, whenever you'd like you can take it back but will lose the benefits of course. You earn 4% on that locked up CRO but you also get increased earn rates for staking your other crypto's on crypto.com. Hope that helped.

Great! So basically you can use another exchange and buy 500$ CRO and stake it for ruby red. Then after six months, you need to register the address and it will be sent to your house. Then, you can use another crypto wallet and top up the card (as much as you want) and then use the card for Visa payments all around the world? Am I missing something? Also, the crypto boom is coming bro!! It is probably gonna reach euphoria and become a few folds in this year.
If I already have my cro staked on the app do I need to buy an additional $4000 of cro to stake for the card or does the cro I already staked count towards the 4000? Thanks!
Maybe I missed it but can you spend Crypto on your card? That would be my only reason to use this card...like Uphold used to have where you could spend Any of your crypto, it was great
Yes, you can. Another great way of taking profits. You can top up the card with any crypto and crypto.com automatically coverts to your native currency for spending.

Yes. However, most dealerships do have limitations on that but if they accept Visa you can certainly use it and get $CRO rewards. 👍🏻

Do ice white cards have cashback limits?
No. The only cards that limit the CRO rewards per month are the Jade Green/Royal Indigo and Ruby Steel.

where and how to apply?
It's in the video but just download the crypto.com app in your app store. Then in the bottom right hand corner tap the "card" icon and sign up for Ruby Steel or higher for the $50 if you use the "goldpony" referral code. Also, no need to apply since it's a debit card so you just sign up for the card. 🙂
Becarfull guys ! I had problems with this crypto card , sometimes crypto card will take your money even if the transaction is declined! As of right now it says crypto card not available at my location???? WTF. After I start having problems, I won't keep more than $300 $500 hundred on the card.
You text to customer service then they solved it no problem, I used to have problems as well then they solved it

Im not too impressed. The fees are ten times higher and the staking rewards are much lower than the Dapps i use. Only benefit is their partnership with visa

Please, could somebody give me a help? I am thinking about getting a royal indigo/jade green card, because of traveling a lot and I am interested in the airport saloons. Do I get it right, you need stake 4000$ in CRO for 180 days, but then you can take it out, send it back to your fiat wallet and still have all the benefits of the card?
Once you remove the $4000 locked up funds after the 180 days you do lose most benefits but not all. For example, for Jade Green the spending rewards are reduced to 1%. However, you still get the airport lounge access. Here's the text from Crypto.com's website regarding this topic...
After the 180-day lockup period is completed, you'll be able to unlock your CRO. Simply go to your CRO Wallet in the App and tap the ‘Unlock’ button.
Note that you can only unlock your CRO Lockup in full. By unlocking CRO you will be losing a number of wallet benefits that come with CRO lockup, for example:
Purchase rebates
Additional spending rewards
Higher reward rate for Crypto Earn
You will continue to enjoy non-staking Crypto.com Visa Card benefits (e.g., spending rewards of up to 2% for Icy White / Frosted Rose Gold / Obsidian tiers), Airport Lounge Access, fee-free ATM withdrawal limits, and interbank exchange rates).

You are not able to unlock your CRO before that 180 days are up. The app will not let you. However, any time after that 6 months you are free to withdraw that CRO whenever.@@Macholino
