What band exercises would would you James grage recommend for the lower back
What's the name of the track?
How many sets, reps and exercises bro?
His system is 20, 10, 10, 15. The first 20 is "warmup" but the final few should be hard. The final 15 is down quickly, working those fast twitch muscles
The workout is great, but the zooming in is not. It's not about the hands. The camera should show us how the whole body coordinates, not just the hands.
