    Nobody has made the way the body moves make more sense to me than James Grage. He makes working out make sense.

      His system is 20, 10, 10, 15. The first 20 is "warmup" but the final few should be hard. The final 15 is down quickly, working those fast twitch muscles

    The workout is great, but the zooming in is not. It's not about the hands. The camera should show us how the whole body coordinates, not just the hands.
