    =) People who name things Drosophila generally know Latin and Greek and the name relates to what that particular thing do! The word drosophila means "dew-loving," from Greek roots drosos, "dew," and philos, "loving.

    So if we have a mutation in APC (Apc1638N), the complex can't form and b-catenin doesn't get degraded and Wnt target genes are always active?
