Thanks so much for these vids! I’m travelling from Melbourne to LA next week, and also staying at The Garland. Did it take long getting through customs? Also tossing up whether to get a taxi or an Uber from LAX to the hotel - how much did it cost you?
Thanks for Taking The time to Comment ! LAX is an interesting airport it can be a very long wait hours to get threw customs if they are busy and the customs people are very serious. i would honestly say LAX is the worst i have been to .
there was 6 of us this time the car ride to lax was 140 usd. after a long flight only the strong would wait for a taxi.
the garland is great the area its within is nothing special but its only a 5-10 min walk to the supermarket (Ralphs) and the Brady Bunch House (old Tv Show ) its not much to look at but it sold for 5.5 million usd! There is lots of homeless but we found it safe to walk about.

I threw into LAX in October the traffic was unreal 3 lanes bumper to bumper dropping people off and construction going up every where. Craaazy
it is a busy place i wish i could film going threw customs in lax been threw there twice and both times its been an eye opener (its almost like they don't want any tourists)
I wish flights were that quick 😂

im wondering do i need to Print my ESTA or through mobile app for the customs?
we printed ours but lax customs have everything on the computer screen when you show your passport . because its lax customs i would have a printed copy just incase.
