I'm fairly certain this is actually footage from Daft Punk & Cassius' October 16, 1998 Twilo gig. Thomas is wearing the same jacket he wore on November 5th, 1998 @ The Industry which must have been during the same trip.
I bet that’s correct. Cassius had a buddy tour with them and take lots of pictures and videos including this one they posted on Cassius.fm. Totally possible they mixed up the year. Especially for a video that was 5ish years old.
