I noticed that I had to change the settings on my printer as well. The vellum paper in the the Heidi Swapp paper pad that has the designs are already on the paper, I have to use a really high heat setting. You know, I really like the toner foiling better. The results are almost always perfect, you have to really hold your mouth right for the hot foiling to work, at least I do. I think at some point I used a shim with the vellum

I received a new Minc machine. What causes the foil to wrinkle? Everything goes in flat but wrinkles on the way out causing areas not to foil.
Too much heat. Turn it down.
