Watched your last video and cried. Ive been in prison, dealt with mental issues, nowhere to go. Learned from your teachings and this previous Christmas was the 1st one I had enough money to buy gifts for all my kids. Seeing their smiles and hugs was priceless. Im 36 and that was my 1st time ever feeling unconditionally loved. God Bless you man I wish you nothing but success keep going bro. Love
Hi I enjoy your videos. I am really into using Canva and Creative Fabrica, but concerned about the licensing. Can you please do a video about that. It would be appreciated. I have my blog and my Printify is connected to another platform, not Etsy. I do, however have an Etsy store, and plan to open once I can learn more. Thank you so much!😊
Thank you for creating something from beginning to end. Making it simple for everyone to understand. Best tutorial I've seen yet. Perfect for beginners!
thank you for explaining the color profiles. i've watch soooo many videos on digital downloads, not one has said why they choose the options. Very Helpful!!
When you import your design into Canva, do you always keep the design within the border (dotted line) or should it be stretched to the edges? If you keep it inside the border than it is not really 24 X 36. It's more like 20 x 32. Do you think the customers would have a problem with that or is that expected?
The actual design doesn’t have to be 24 x 36. Just proportionate to the paper it’s being printed on. It’s hard to explain but my latest video upload shows you how it looks once it’s printed and framed (How to print digital wall art)
One of the most complete step-by-step videos I have ever come across. Exactly what I was looking for without all the worthless chatter. Bro, you were straight to the point and did not leave me wondering/guessing about sizes. Your sizing chart and your sign letting the customers know what they are getting were bonuses and I learned about using borders in Canva. You dropped so many nuggets I had to give a thumbs up and subscribe.
As a newbie who is trying to find a way out of my 9 to 5 type of Job, from the bottom of my heart, I just want to say thank you so much for pouring out all your wisdom without holding anything back. It’s people like you that deserves millions of subscribers because of your selfless kindness. Just know that the time you’re putting in to do these videos will not go unnoticed. Much love and thank you so much
Hey I just stumbled on your video and this is by far the most in-detail explanation out there. So thank you very much. I just have one small thing to add with your 300dpi .jpg. If you are exporting it in Canva, you can select JPG and set the pixel to the absolute maximum, and you will get a JPG with also 300dpi. Isn't this faster or am I overlooking something. And subbed btw :)
Thank you so much I really appreciate that!! And yes, you are correct! It's only for Canva Pro members though and I know a lot of my subs don't have that option lol But thank you so much my friend!
This was the part that did not work out for me. I will try setting the canva to max. Trying to convert then add to mock ups did not work for me. It kept giving me an error. Thank you!
This was an incredibly educational video! I have an Etsy shop selling pngs/svgs but this helped me understand I should have those ratios, etc. to better my chances at selling work I make in Canva. Thank you!
Thank you for all the little details no one else talks about. The measurements needed and dpi and the uploads and the downloads and the place it website and the Etsy info page we need to fill out. I mean they make it sound like it’s so easy, but leave out the actual process that’s necessary to actually get it onto Etsy! Well done!! Great well made informative video.
What a detailed video it was and how nicely each and everything was explained that anybody with no digital graphic back ground could also learn, no videos can beat yours my friend, pls keep making such videos in different varients so we can learn from planners to editable business cards and so.
This is the best and clearest explanation that I've seen so far explaining sizing and ratio. As a visual person myself, I appreciate that you went through each step and made it very clear for your audience to understand. Thank you for making this video!
Thank you so much. You have to open up a lot about my misunderstanding. I do cartoon characters, so I am unsure how to submit my procreate drawings. I have subscribed and will continue to watch your videos!
@@officialtburtI agree! My only question is if I do the largest ratio for each of those five sizes, the customer can scale it on their own. I don’t have to create each individual size in the ratio category?
This was awesome. So helpful and you went just slow enough to understand! Best tutorial I've watched (and I've watched a lot) on turning stuff from Canva to something sellable on Etsy! Perfect! Thank you!
Thank you, Burt! I was having trouble with the different sizes and dpi requirements. You are calm, clear and easy to listen to. You should think about adding a Buy-me-a-coffee link to your Description!
You did a wondedful job explaining everything ive been wanting to do digital product sales for awhile but never understood how even after countless videos that were supoosed to xplain it. I am grateful for this video fr. Thank you so much its perfect
Huge thanks - this is so well explained from start to finish - no waffle and very well paced - if you haven't already maybe you could make another re personalisation. Subscribed :)
Great video you are doing an amazing job of giving actual info and a true walkthrough ! It looks like now Canva has made downloading to CMYK a pro feature. Is there a work around for this now ?
This was a great video! I watched it multiple times to make sure i didn't miss any of your tips. I am running in to an issue with the 2x3 ratio file being too big for Etsy. Any suggestions?
omg i can't believe how simple you made it for me when you explained about the ratio and sizing...like five seconds and i was like OH OKAY!!!!....This issue, for some reason, was holding me back lol Thanks! And the Margins?!!? omg Thanks again!
Thank you for your tutorial. You have an amazing way of teaching it. I was so lost before this. Thank you for the tips , websites, and everything. I wish you the best!
I literally recommend everyone to watch this video to the end !! this was the best and most helpful video i have watched for digital downloads ..22 min of information not waste of time at all thank you so much for your effort and information it was informative simple video that explain the process from a to z
Love this video! I was watching someone else's video but it was way too complicated. I'm so happy I found your video. I subscribed just off of this video. Thank you Thank you so much!!

Thank you so much for making this video and explaining all the steps so clearly! I have watched several videos on this topic and none other gave this level of clarity and simplicity. Keep it going!
What are your thoughts on providing customers a pdf with printing instructions? Is this something you don't do or see necessary? Also, what is the JPEG file for, if the PDF is for printing? Thank you for all that you do! 🙂
Yes please provide printing instructions. Anything you can do to help the customer with the process is good. JPEG is good for sharing as well but PDF is better for large quality prints. Also, if they are going to a print provider that provide might not offer PDF and only JPEG so it’s nice to have options
Interesting Informative Information. Thank you for taking your time teaching. This is so helpful. Just one question- Why do we only do the JPG in one size?. I'm new to all this. Thank you. I'm subscribing to your channel .
Thanks for your tutorials. Do you do the artwork only within the margins, or can it be to the bleed lines. Is 24 x 36 the size in the margins or the whole page, sorry, im getting confused as I want to make sure I'm doing a floral print in the right size.
That was incredible!!!! Exactly…..what I needed to know I had everything else down…thanks so much for being detailed and most important transparent!!! I really appreciate it!
Great tutorial OB. I have an issue, maybe you can solve, and then make a tutorial from it. With your tips, now I know how to work with mockups. I was wondering if you could make a tutorial about mockups? Specifically about placing an image, behind a reflection in a glass frame. I found one YT video on this, but it had no words, nor instructions. So I didn't really understand the steps. The YT channel I'm referring to is; Frame mockup using Photopea by Artjafara. If you wouldn't mind checking this out, and making a vid tutorial of this technique, It would be super helpful. I like the way you explain things. I hope you will give it a try. Thanks💕
Thank you so much! I just ran across your channel and this is by far the best tutorial for using Canva and Etsy. I hope to be starting my shop soon and you have really made this an easy process while I’m learning how to use Canva! You answered so many questions I had in this one video! Keep up the good work! Can someone PLEASE explain to me how some stores are selling 1000+ bundles? How are they getting so many prints, there’s no way they’re creating them all?
One of the best instructional videos I've watched - you have a new subscriber and follower - keep up the great work and good luck with your channel and digital businesses!
Hi. Why did you do the margins? Is it if the customers want to use a frame with a mat border? Will they also be buying a frame the same size as the 24x36 and the art will still fit within the frame? Do you need to flatten the PDF file too? Sorry for all the questions. I am just starting my etsy store so I have all these questions. Love this easy to follow video.
Thank you! You make sense, speak slowly enough for my old brain to absorb. I have a specific question for you. My granddaughter (she is a graphic artist) draws designs for me that i use to make infusible ink designs for baby onesies and t-shirts etc. I customize with color and cute sayings. I would like to take the finished designs and make them digital so that customers can make their own shirts. Would it be the same process? Would I need a mockup? Help please and thank you
Hello, when you enter the form and open the page, can we use the entire page or should we leave space on all four sides? If we don't leave a space, will there be any problems when the printout is taken? Secondly, when it comes to the download section, only jpg dng pdf is selected. Is there a need to change the resolution section at the bottom? Why don't we choose a larger inch and increase the resolution? Does it do this automatically?
I think you said u were at 600 subs when u made this video so i looked at it. You posted this 6 months ago and you are at shit i think it said like 5400 ill have to go back and look but hey high five buddy!!!! You are doing the damn thing and i just couldnt help but smile and give u some praise. Great job my dude.. Great video great job at explaining tings we out here watching appreciate you hella. For newbie like me this Simple, completed, and awesome 🔥🔥🔥. I can't see clearly the description you wrote on etsy, can you write it here as my reference material, thank you
Oh this was a great video, still stuck on uploads and files....can I ask do you upload 1 file for 2.3 ratio and you can choose what size when printing or do you have to upload several sizes from the ratio, some youtubers have done all sizes which is best way thanks
Once you have created and sold a template, how do you share your template with the purchaser? Wouldn't giving access to the template risk having the buyer alter and ruin your template?
Question…. I’ve been looking into this for a while now and unfortunately I have heard that the “elements” have to be FREE to use or else it’s making $$ off someone else’s art…
Hello @officialburt , I hope you're doing well! I've been watching your videos and I'm impressed by your knowledge of visual content. I've decided to create some images using AI technology and I would love to hear your thoughts on their quality. Would you be willing to take a look at the images and provide me with your expert opinion? Your feedback would mean a lot to me! Thank you in advance for your time and attention. Best regards, Milinka
Hie thanks for the video. There I a part that still troubling me , uploading the file on esty. In what format should I upload and how do I put several jpg files into one folder of that format ? I have like 20 images different sizes and the moment I put them in a 1 PDF file all their names are lost. Please help. Hope u get me, my English not so good.
This is an excellent tutorial! You did a great job of explaining everything! Thanks so much for the website gems for digital art! I’ve already started creating some things on Canva but I didn’t know about some of those other websites. Thanks again! 😊
I have doubts regarding the pixels of the images to be able to create the various sizes for wall art, could you create a video and talk about it? how to have a quality image to be able to print for example in 18"x24", and what are the most used sizes for printing.thanks
Ditto! These are the issues I am running into as well. Especially if I am taking images from different places and the qualities are not the same. Even with images from creative fabrica, many need to be upscaled for printing the largest sizes for wall art. It gets super confusing!
Good day, thanks for tutorials it's very clear and simple. Can i kindly ask if you can do tutorial on how to create a link and how will it get to customer. I am in the dark with these issues. Thanks in advance Jackie.
Thank you so much for sharing. I'm broke and now finding myself an opportunity to help my husband paying the bills. I'm new in this major and your video is so easy to learn. Thanks again!
You have been the only person that has explained it from A to Z. I was totally confused when they just created the printable and did not show how to upload and fill all the other boxes. Thank you so much for this complete video. Very helpful and easy to understand. You are the MAN.
hi, when I do 2:3 ratio I must to do the file size on the highest inches? and if I choose just this ratio its going to be just one jpg file that I will sale? right?,and the costumers can downsized the file?
This was a great video. Easy to follow and understand. Appreciate you helping us to build our own Etsy stores! One question I do have is is there a reason you "show margins" or "show print bleeds"? What does it do and how should I take this into consideration when creating printable wall art?
Great video! I was confused about sizing, watched many videos and got even more confused, but now understood everything after watching yours! I've got two questions, would be great if you could answer: -What's the idea of uploading a 8x10 jpg file? Is this for home printing or just in case some people cannot use pdfs? -Do we really need other ratios apart from 2x3 ratio? A lot of people offer all the ratios. MANY THANKS!
Thank you! And yes 8x10 is for home prints and smaller frames maybe for office desktops and things of that nature. And yes, I will say consider other ratio sizes. My most recent video I actually printed out a 4x5 design ratio and compared it to a 2x3 ratio. That could help you as well
New subscriber here. Yes, I did learn a lot from you. Thank you for making it. I'm at the beginning of my design and digital product journey. I'm still in the info gathering before I upload any of the designs I've created elsewhere and research... research...research.
Thank you! And YES! that’s a good time to soak up as much info as possible to give yourself the best chance to make sales! I’ll be doing a part 2 of this video later this week

I want to sell canvas wall art I want to use a stock photo with some text etc and add it to my e-commerce store but I'm confused with content licenses. any help is appreciated.
Hu just wondering why you have one file as pdf and one as a jpg couldnt you just make both of them the same file type, also if i were to use other ratio sizes you listed how do i know wheater to keep it as jpeg or pdf

You are so welcome!
Great video. Would you recommend using Canva to design wall art for printful products ?
Question…. I’ve been looking into this for a while now and unfortunately I have heard that the “elements” have to be FREE to use or else it’s making $$ off someone else’s art…
Hello @officialburt ,
I hope you're doing well!
Best regards,
Milinka
Hie thanks for the video. There I a part that still troubling me , uploading the file on esty. In what format should I upload and how do I put several jpg files into one folder of that format ? I have like 20 images different sizes and the moment I put them in a 1 PDF file all their names are lost. Please help. Hope u get me, my English not so good.
Omg thank you so much for this video!!, my brain was melted trying to figure out the dpi part
Thank you so much, I was looking for this detailed video for a week. And only you gave what I needed.
This is an excellent tutorial! You did a great job of explaining everything! Thanks so much for the website gems for digital art! I’ve already started creating some things on Canva but I didn’t know about some of those other websites. Thanks again! 😊
I'm so Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching
No problem! Thank you for watching!
Are your PDF print files 300 dpi already or to you have to convert them
Amazing video!!! Thank you for being so detailed and sharing your knowledge !
I'm just starting out with digital products, so I was wondering why you need to have so many photos in your listing?
You have been the only person that has explained it from A to Z. I was totally confused when they just created the printable and did not show how to upload and fill all the other boxes. Thank you so much for this complete video. Very helpful and easy to understand. You are the MAN.
hi, when I do 2:3 ratio I must to do the file size on the highest inches? and if I choose just this ratio its going to be just one jpg file that I will sale? right?,and the costumers can downsized the file?
am artiste , i want to sell my paintings (digital) on etsy , please explaine me step by step how to do this using canva?
This was a great video. Easy to follow and understand. Appreciate you helping us to build our own Etsy stores! One question I do have is is there a reason you "show margins" or "show print bleeds"? What does it do and how should I take this into consideration when creating printable wall art?
Thank you for covering the whole process, makes it so much clearer now from start to finish, keeping it real
No problem! Thank you for watching!
Great video! I was confused about sizing, watched many videos and got even more confused, but now understood everything after watching yours!
I've got two questions, would be great if you could answer:
-What's the idea of uploading a 8x10 jpg file? Is this for home printing or just in case some people cannot use pdfs?
-Do we really need other ratios apart from 2x3 ratio? A lot of people offer all the ratios.
MANY THANKS!
Thank you! And yes 8x10 is for home prints and smaller frames maybe for office desktops and things of that nature. And yes, I will say consider other ratio sizes. My most recent video I actually printed out a 4x5 design ratio and compared it to a 2x3 ratio. That could help you as well
absolutely incredible info! thank you so much
I appreciate you for sharing this, excellent!
New subscriber! Hope you get to 1000 by the end of the year!🎉 I just hit it and it took me a while but I kept at it! Thanks for this video! Im starting an Etsy shop soon and I definitely want to include digital downloads. Your instructions were clear and easy to follow 👍🏻
Thank you!! And congratulations on hitting 1000 subscribers! I’m sure your Etsy shop will be amazing!
