What if you have multiple wall art ? Like say I have a set of 4 that I'm selling as one listing? Do I then have to create the largest size that's in each ratio PLUS the 5x7 and 11x14 for each picture in the set of 4? Thanks for your help!

Thank you for this information. I work in canva for making my products that I sell on TPT; but I also make digital artwork that I would love to sell on etsy. Here is my question... I create my artwork in Procreate. Do you know the best way to get my work from procreate to canva? Or, if I just make sure to create with 300 dpi in procreate, save it as a png, and then upload to canva, would that work? Unfortunately, I went back and checked some of my older work and it is not in 300 dpi. So sad. Thanks so much! I look forward to learning more.
superb video and thank you, do we have to do it in several formats in order to satisfy the customer? Wouldn’t a simple A4 format be enough to make sales? Thank you very much for your response, good luck...
Hi Sandra! I watch your videos and have learned so much. I am wondering if you could do a video on how you organize everything on your computer. For example, do you create a document that contains all of the titles, tags, description, etc. for each of your items? I have a lot of ideas for my shop and want to find the easiest way to keep each item separate but with all of the details/pics. Thanks for all you do! Linda
Thank you so much, Sandra, for the tutorial! This video finally pushed me to take the step and open my own Etsy shop. I wanted to ask you- when you download vectors what quality is best for print? Thank you.
Hi, thanks for this video. I wanted to ask since it’s 2024 now, do you still recommend best way to save wall art designs on canva as pdf and then converting? Or can you use the jpg option and increase the size and quality to maximum? Thanks

Hi Sandra, great video, very clear, thank you. I have a question, on Canva, when you decide on the size of your page, do you remove the margin the canva adds? I wanted to design a print with a very colorful background, like a vintage poster, but I wasn't sure how to go about the margins. Do I remove them? Do I stretch my image to the borders? will it show a white edge around? I would appreciate if you could help me with those questions. Thank you!
THANK YOU SANDRA DI FOR ALL YOUR INSTRUCTION.... I HAVE WATCHED YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN ... JUST TO FINALLY GET IT RIGHT.... I HOPE THIS THING WORKS.....😂😇
Hi Sandra, I would first like to say that I love your videos and you are an inspiration! I wanted to ask for your help, do you know how I can upload zip files larger than 20MB. I tried uploading and it said I need to upload files smaller than 20 MB. I am trying to upload a set of 3 wall prints and I'm not sure if I am doing it wrong. I followed all your steps on one of your videos for the different sizes and ratios, but somehow my zip folder is larger than 20 MB. Can you please help me?
Hi Sandra, if we upload a mockup from say Creative Fabrica into Canva, should we import the PNG or JPG file, or does it matter? Thank you for this video! It has been invaluable to me. I appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge.
Hai sandra, I want to ask, can I use your size ratio for my printable shop? I was so lucky to find your video, it really helped me open a shop on Etsy, Thank you so much!!
Great video! So, when I try to resize, up or down, from the original, there will sometimes be a small white border around the image. How do I avoid that? Thanks for your help!
If you wanted to sell a collection of works say 4 but you also wanted to make it available in different sizes. How do you do that? Would you need to include a different zip folder for each size?
Thank you for your helpful video.🥰I have a question and I hope you can help me. I do traditional art but want to make printables out of it, so that people can download it. How does ist work? Can I do it also with canvas to convert it in the right format with good quality and size. Or is canvas only for creating digital art?
Hi! Thank you so much! The only part I’m confused that is when you say they’re able to resize the images. How would they be able to do that? Does it take them to Canvas?
Hi, could you help please. When designing a piece of art to use as a printable for etsy do you do the whole image to the bleed lines or just within the margins? I wasn't sure if all the ratio sizes are the whole page or just within the margins if you choose to show margins. I obviously want to be doing the print the right size for people before I list it on Etsy. Thank you
Hi, thanks for this video.Very clear and explanatory I would like to ask you something: if I create something to print with an artificial intelligence generator, could you tell me what resolutions are suitable for the different formats?
Hi Sandra! GREAT videos btw!!! I have been following your tutorials and implementing these strategies and started to get some sales for these prints but running into a situation...when the customer tries to upload the pdf to their favorite online photo center, these don't accept pdf's only jpegs and png's...what's the easiest explanation i can give them to convert their pdf prints into jpegs or png's for uploading? it becomes even more complicated when trying to explain to someone who isn't tech savvy at all...please help! How do you deal with this? thanx!
Superb video finally somebody explaining the actual process with simplicity and accuracy 👏🏿 well done great job. Just subscribed based on quality information 👌🏿
Thank you so much! You answered so many questions I've had and honestly it eased a lot of the anxiety I have over starting my own shop. This was extremely thorough and insightful ❤️
Thanks a loads Sandra for guiding us through all the complicated process of making and selling digital prints. I just have one question and that is why mockups are downloaded in JPEG ? Thanks ❤
Hi Sandra, thank you so much for all this information. I really appreciate your great videos and sharing your wisdom. I am still a little confused with canvas size and resolution. When creating the largest size of each ratio in Canva do you need to be concerned about the pixel measurements? For example to create the largest 2:3 ratio ie 24x36" in Canva at 300dpi, the pixel measurement would need to be 7200x10800. However, you cannot create a measurement that large in Canva. If you are just creating as 24"x36" size, are you still getting 300dpi resolution? I am just starting out on this new venture, and including detailed artwork in my listings, so I want to ensure that my customers are receiving the highest resolution, and can print out the largest sizes of artwork without the images losing clarity. I am saving the file as a PDF Print with CYMK to try to get the best resolution. Thank you :)
Great video, but I have the EXACT same question! Disappointed that it wasn't addressed in the video as this is a known limitation of Canva, and disappointed that she didn't respond to your question. :(
Very nice tutorial. Sandra, so what free web/page free program you can use in order to offer 300 DPI images? I see everybody is offering this quality image. Thanks.
Hey Sandra! Thank you so much for your tutorial! I have a question: if we have a Canva Pro subscription, does the commercial licence allow me to use the elements to create something new to sell on physical products? I've read and re-read Part 5 of the terms and use I know that stand alone elements cannot be sold as is, and I'm assuming that if I create something new with the elements, it would be fine, similar to Cricut Design Space. However, I want to make sure that I am not breeching anything and doing something illegal.
Hey! Most elements can be used for commercial use as you mentioned they can't be stand alone. If you click the 3 little dots that appear when you hover over an element you can select the info button next to where it says "Free for Canva Pro" or "Free" and Licensing info will pop up. So far I haven't ran into any that does not allow commercial use. Hope this helps!
This is the most helpful video yet for me!! Now I understand ratio, thank you. So I did like you. I downloaded as a pdf but my question is, how do I know the quality of the pdf? Is it 300 DPI as well or higher?
Hi Sandra another great video! I’m new to selling on Etsy and have opened my second store with the hope of selling printables, in your opinion is it best to upload as PDF or JPG? I’ve also seen listings that state that you will receive a link t dropbox where you can download straight from. What’s best?
Great tutorial, thank you. If you’re selling different and customisable prints, would you suggest one listing with an option for customers to request their personalised print, or separate listings?
Thank you for sharing, Im new at this and accomplished what you showed , may I ask what we do with them and please forgive me for not knowing what to do with them. I even write down what is said so I don't lose what you shared with us, once again thank you.
Hi Sandra, thank you very much for your great videos. How do you resize the pictures in Kittl? It doesn't seem to work. I try to download 18x24 and Kittl automatically changes to 19,20 x 24. Thank you very much!
Hi Sandra, I have a quick question. I watched your RUclips videos about creating an Esty shop (thank you for those). I would like to print some of my pdfs to see what they look like when printed. Since these are not JPGs I can't upload like a photo. How do I print then? Just use document or business printing? I'm just worried some customers may be confused. Thank you.

I would like to ask you something: if I create something to print with an artificial intelligence generator, could you tell me what resolutions are suitable for the different formats?
I hadn't done any digital products yet...I'm not sure what I want to do.. Your videos are really good and informative.. Thank You for sharing...

How do you deal with this? thanx!

So glad this was helpful! You're very welcome :)
Thank Sandra, your tutorial is clear and very helpful. I can execute my idea, without a doubt. I m from Indonesia and now, one of your subscribers
Yay glad to have you here!!
Can you explain how you sell the different sizes on Etsy? I am confused about how that works.
Hi! Yes I have a new video that explains it all here: ruclips.net/video/ZxH-x9qOlVw/видео.html
I wonder if it's absolutely necessary to make it in CMYK or it is okay in RGB. Please!
and thank you for all your videos.
Thank you soo much!!! Your videos have been super helpful and easy to understand !

This was a very good tool for me to use loved it was very helpful I made and posted my first product after watching ❤❤
Great tutorial, thank you. If you’re selling different and customisable prints, would you suggest one listing with an option for customers to request their personalised print, or separate listings?
I loved this step by step process. Thank you.
Thank you.
Hi Sandra
Please could you explain why after setting the size to 24x36 in Canva, the file is downloaded at 2304x3456 instead? Thank you so much.
THANKS SO MUCH!!!!! YOU ARE A GEM. THIS VIDEO WAS VERY HELPFUL SANDRA THANK YOU!!!!! 😍
Hi, you officially have a new subscriber. I have a few questions to ask. Do you have any videos on how to create wall calendars? I have no idea what I'm doing. My work keeps getting rejected when I'm trying to post my work. I was doing 11x8.5 and other sizes bigger. Any videos would be great, Thank you
Thank you for the suggestion! I'm actually going to start creating videos on how to make greeting cards and planners - I'll add calendar to the list!
