My husband is a narcissist, I realized it only recently. At first I thought every problems are because of me and he is perfect. But as I started my career, then only I understood how much backward I am socially, because of his narcissistic behavior. I just ignore that person now .Before I used to be very much worried when he becomes upset.

My mother & husband have these traits. After 8 years of marriage i went back to college and got a job after 14 years. Lots of of ups and downs in between.
My tips
Plan and say 1-2 sentence pointing out the wrong they do/ say. Never argue back or try to win the arguement. The one sentence of pure logic will hound them. This should be to point out they or their argument are not flawless.
I stopped responding to my mother when she call me to make me feel gulity. Only go when she is sick and leave as soon as her golden child come or wait for the golden child to take care of her. Only if they don't come do i go.
Now enjoying my life and not letting them get into my head.
In short , dont become a Supply to the Evil narc ....without supply narc will perish
