27 വർഷം ആയിട്ട് അനുഭവിക്കുന്നു.. Husband ന് 50 വയസ്സായി.. രണ്ട് കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ട്. ബിസിനസ്‌ ചെയ്തു നേടിയത് എല്ലാം ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് ന്ന് അഹങ്കാരം, മൂലധനം എന്റെ ആയിരുന്നു..അത് എന്നെ സഹിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ കാശ് മാത്രം ആണെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു..
വെള്ളമടിക്കുന്നത് ഞാൻ കാരണം, വീട് വെയ്ക്കുവാൻ കഴിയാതെ പോയത് ഞാൻ കാരണം, വീട്ടിൽ സമാധാനം ഇല്ലാത്തത് ഞാൻ കാരണം,കഴിച്ചിട്ട് എല്ലിന്റെ ഇടയിൽ കുത്തിയിട്ടാണ് എനിക്ക് ഓരോ അസുഖം വരുന്നതും എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു..
ഇപ്പോൾ സ്വന്തം സുഖം നോക്കി രണ്ട് മാസമായി മറ്റൊരു സ്ത്രീ യുമായി താമസിക്കുന്നു. അതിന് കാരണവും എന്റെ കൂടെ നിന്നാൽ 'വെള്ളം അടിച്ചു അയാൾ നാശമാകുമെന്ന് ' കാരണം..
ഞാൻ ജീവിതത്തിൽ യിനി പല situation ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് face ചെയേണ്ടി വരും.. എന്നാലും ഒരു ആശ്വാസം ഞാൻ രക്ഷപെട്ടു എന്ന് ഓർക്കുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം..
ഇവർ മറ്റൊരു ജീവിത പങ്കാളി യോടും ഇതേ സ്വഭാവം തന്നെ കാണിക്കില്ലേ..?

This is a question mark in my heart.
I have always thought about this! Both my NPD parents rarely fall ill. I'm the one prone to illness all the time. They call me I'm the antenna that bring all diseases to home.
Who said narc won't get illness? My narc husband had several serious health problems all brought up on by himself. His screaming and rage attacks led to quadruple CABG. Drunken stupid behaviour led to a fall and massive shoulder injury. Showing off before a 17 year girl by jumping sky high during badminton led him to pull a muscle in the back and is still suffering chronic pain from that. Serves him right too.
But stress related problems are mine through projection.

Try to be financially independent or find a friends place to lay low or try to find a simple job far away from narc, once escaped never ever go back. GO NO CONTACT. YOU CANNOT HEAL WITHOUT GOING TOTALLY NO CONTACT.
And develop a thick skin on the voices of family/friends/neighbors. 100 people will tell 1000 different things about you, JUST DONT CARE. Its your life!

Enthu cheyyam madam enikum engage oru situation aanu.I feel I am totally helpless.Daily asukhangal aanu.And he is happy that I am sick so he can chat with other person or spend time with them.My family doesn’t want to understand anything.They have pushed me to this marriage and is waiting to see that he will change.From these five years I know that he is not going to change a bit.

For me he is telling that all these harmful happened only because of me.
He is telling that all of his friends and relatives know that because of me only this got to him
I don’t know how to manage the entire situation.
Get out from their save your sanity and peace .
As I am a mother of two daughters and my bed ridden mother is with me I can’t just get out from this relationship. Have to counter somehow to tackle the situation
