Oh, they should make it so that when you restart the computer, it shows a "Windows is updating" thing and says it will be finished in 2m30s, then have the timer go up and down just enough so the scammer is willing to wait. The more you wait for something, the more you're willing to wait. And then after a long time, when the "update" completes, everything the scammer has done, has been undone. :)
