Just ordered a 54 S grind and a 58 in H grind; midnight of course.

Any feedback on the H? Looking at the same setup myself

How do they feel? They are coming across in your presentation as sounding very firm. As a basis, I found the GLIDE 4.0 damned clicky. With a wedge I'm hyper-sensitive about feel. Even the Mizuno T24 with Boron is clicky to me. Vokeys are nice. Thanks!

They are fairly soft and solid. My pro shop had a 56* H-grind and I took it for a spin when I played. Good spin and great feel.

Feel is very subjective but the tester said they feel soft but not too soft.

Compared them next to vokey. Had them custom grind since I wanted 4* (play a firm course) but my take is that they feel 90% as good as vokey, spin the 95-100% same dry, spin more wet, and forgive a little when pitching or full shots. Such a good decision. I do play 52* 56* 61*
I think the audio misleads how good the feel is to anyone interested. Was fortunate to test side by side the vokey in a bunch of lofts and grinds.
I did come off the glide 4.0s, I wouldn’t believe the same company made the glides if I were blind

    Are these the Glide replacements?

These things could be in the bag for 30 years and still look fresh.

Irrelevant video from one of the best fitters. Several wedge grinds tested at “full” swing? Test them from tight lies, bunkers, 40 yards max to match attack angle. These guys know better.

      Pointless indeed

Personally, I dont understand a wedge review that does not show the view from player's POV. We want to see how it looks at address.
Also, testing grinds on full shots from mats is a borderline waste of time however I know outdoor testing not always available.

@@jakephelps4766 They have another video that shows the wedges looks. Grinds on full shots is just as important and valuable as partial shots. And outdoor testing has its own issues presented for majority of places.

One person hitting wedges from several lies means nothing for anyone else other than the person hitting the club. This is just a quick rundown of the wedges and grinds offered. There is no video process in which anyone other the person hitting the club would benefit from the results. If he goes outside and hits shots from a bunker, it means nothing because none of us would know if the sand is soft or firm and to what extent. We also don't have his exact swing dynamics. These guys know it's an endless cycle to please everyone on the internet so they shoot the shotgun rather than the sniper knowing they'll hit more targets this way.

Considering that most of our wedge fittings are in-doors we felt that it was appropriate to test in-doors which has it's limitations especially when it comes to bunker testing. We offer outdoor fittings for clients that would like to test out of bunkers and different turf conditions.

Why would all the grinds NOT look the same from the top? Lol

Sometimes there are slight differences from the top with other manufacturers.
