Love the prompter. Is there any way you can link the products for the support clamps, and flexible arm (Timestamp 02:07). I feel like it's putting some weight on my EOS M50 49 mm lens and would like to provide extra support. Thanks a lot in advance.
So the prompter does work with the Cannon M50? After looking I didn't see the camera listed on their site.
Hooking up zv1 - is there a way to center it? It seems to be off the on the side
Can you please show how the mounting is done with the universal shroud backplate? Does it also slide on the lens? I have the Sony E PZ 16-50mm F3.5-5.6 OSS and no clue if it going to work or do I need one more additional mount for the prompter? An additional question - how to control the teleprompter without pedals? No remote? With the mouse? Thank you in advance!

Where is the part number for multi segment support arm you show supporting the prompter ? Been searching for several hours and cant find the one you are using and cant find it. This is the second vendor this week I have run into this same problem. Even if it is a 3rd party item, it would be nice to know.
Those items are Elgato Heavy Clamp + some segments from Elgato Flex Arm Kit.
All of that is then mounted on a Master Mount L.

Hi, Elgato Prompter works with Windows and macOS. The built-in display works as an extended monitor on your computer and doesn't run its own operating system. Camera Hub, the software have for controlling script/text display on Prompter is cross platform with Windows and macOS.
Is there a mobile app for people who would use teleprompter on site?
There are third party teleprompter apps for Android phones you can use, but that isn't something we produce. Prompter uses DisplayLink technology which means many Android phones can directly connect up to it and mirror their display.

The difference in setting up Prompter compared to anything else is simply how it's mounted. Once mounted, you connect it to the computer, install Camera Hub, and begin using Chat or Text/Scripts.
Seems to me that is all you really need to do?
Product is trash! It’s basically non compatible with Mac whatsoever.
What are you talking about? ive only used mine with Mac and its seamless...
