Ray, a question. I am from india and. We do not have stripe here. Although other payment providers are available at the subaccount level, there is no other option at the agency level except stripe. Is there a way i can bill my customers using razorpay(a payment platform available on GHL at sub-account level? Does not having stripe linked to my agency prevent me from connecting and accepting payments at the sub-account level?
hey, i am using saas pro plan and im planning to sell the ghl whitelabeled version on a monthly basis , its an recurring amount therefore do i need to send them invoice ?

@@HLGuy my mistake, I meant ghl saas plan . Now I am confused as when a client signs up for my saas plan via the 2 step order form , as they are billed automatically each month by ghl do I need to send them an invoice after the payment ? BTW I had a doubt regarding using WordPress website, I wanted to use WordPress website for my saas business as they are much better compared to gohighlevel website , will you please explain regarding the leadconnector plugin , regarding ghl hosting etc (I am not planning to resell WordPress to my clients,I just want to use WordPress for my own subacount and sell saas ) Thank you !
I have a calendar where leads can self-book their appointments, can I have a Workflow to automatically create an invoice every time a lead schedules an appointment so they can prepay it?
No there is no workflow way to accept payments however you can set the appointment up to require payment while they are booking which would do the same thing. Have a great day.
@@HLGuy Hi HLGuy, thanks for the prompt response, I Really appreciated it, and, do you mean activating the credit card field for payment in the calendar settings, or is there another way?
@@simoncolmenares I was referring to activating the credit card payment in the calendar settings. That is the only automated way to get paid for each booking. You can also have the calendar appointment not auto-confirm the appointment and then create a workflow to notify team member to send out a text to pay or invoice to customer, wait for it to be paid then confirm the appointment afterwards but that is time consuming and may not get done before the appointment time. Hope this helps.
I made a gorgeous product page, really good looking. And then after all that, discovered that when you choose the Product when creating the Invoice, it inserts ALL of the text from that beautiful product page, and all on the leftmost column, which might mean you've got an entire page filled up with unformatted text in the leftmost column. Big yikes. So the solution is to just put a few -- like 3-5 -- words into the Product Description, so that when Invoicing, it displays well. But that seems super counter-intuitive. What's a better solution?
Thank you, Ray. You are a great and much needed teacher in this space.

Yes there is you can now use NMI, Square or Authorize.net build right into ghl. I wish you the best.

If you are on the $297 then yes you do. Billing is manual. Upgrading to the $497 will make this automated.

Not with agency pro. Use the saas configurator to sign them up and their credit card will be billed each month.

Do you know how to cancel a recurring payment
I know you can do it in stripe or your credit card processor under the customers area. Thanks for watching.

Stripe ain't available in my country, is there any other options or ?
Wow not sure. You will have to get GHL support involved. You have to have stripe connected at the agency level.
@@HLGuy Oh well...thanks ill see what i can do
Do you offer consulting for people that are using GHL with another agency?
Yes.

I would say contact support regarding that. Thanks for watching.
Is it possible to have bill to and ship to on the invoice?
The bill to field is available but I don't believe the ship to address.
What about the contracts feature Ray?
Working on that video now. Taking some time to get everything setup to show all features. Check back in a week to see it.
Is there a way to hide your address on the invoice?
Great question. I do not know how. You might want to contact ghl support.
