Question .. on triggering workflows for multiple products purchased .. would do different workflows for each product (so they get multiple emails ) and follow ups??

Typically workflows can be setup for a specific funnel and then for either the order bump, upsell or purchase to trigger it but the form trigger is still for just the form with no way to access or trigger a workflow based upon form and product so you will have to design it how it works for you.
This may sound silly, but my lead magnet is a free report but they have the option to purchase a $97 upsell. However, I can't make the cart option checkout a free product with the option to add the $97 upsell. Do you know a solution around this?
Create a funnel where someone opts in on main page/step and from this optin they get the free lead magnet, then after that you send then to the next step which tells them to watch their email for the lead magnet and then has sales verbage for your upsell. You can of course have the no thank you link and then maybe take them to a downsell page afterwards. Thanks for watching.

Ideally, I'd just like to have a list or products where the customer can select the quantity and then have their confirmation sent in an email. I don't want to collect payment information.

Once a "product" is purchased as a one time, is there a workflow or method (auto or manual) to then convert the purchase to a recurring? Say a Paid Trail becomes a Ongoing Client for services?
You can create one. Say you have a workflow which is triggered off of form submission then you can have a workflow send a payment link to them to purchase recurring product.

I encountered a problem when I set up the product price as recurring with a setup fee and 2 monthly payments. But when I check the funnel payment page, 1 of the payments is missing. Thanks!
Thank you for watching. As far as recurring pricing it should work as long as the product you have connected to the funnel page is setup correctly. If it is I would check credit card processor to find out why. Once the product is setup in GHL the CC processor (stripe) should take over and handle the payments from there. I wish you the best.

@@alvinmartinez247 When you sell your product via sa form versus a funnel page it still gets reported as a sale in your system for that product just like you would have sold it on a funnel page. Use the same reporting.

I know you can edit what message happens in the form options area but not sure about confirmation email. Thanks for watching.
